What made my experience great is the Brant Team. They are here helping me with questions, making sure my time with Brant is worth the fee :-)

We moved to this site in November 2024 with the intent of long-term storage for my children’s racing cars. Since then, we have received five price increases, with a sixth one pending. Specifically, our first yard increased by 18% in nine months, and our current yard has increased by 33% over the same period. In total, our costs have risen by 54% since we joined under 2years ago

Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this, I have faced significant communication issues. I have made constant calls to the office only to be told that the staff present are "sales people" and that someone from administration would contact me. To date, my emails have gone unanswered, and when visiting the office in person, no one from the administration team has been available to assist.

Sam has been super helpful sorting us out with our storage units. Polite, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Brent storage made the whole prosess very easy and l was pleasantly surprised to find caravaners now have access to a excellent power wash facility within the caravan compound.(free)

Tom was great. He rang me to arrange storage before I even got the confirmation email from my quote. No pick up fee is an absolute life saver (and wallet saver). Most impressed.

I recently used Brant Self Storage and had an excellent experience from start to finish.
Tom, who assisted me, was outstanding. He took the time to show me around the site, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Tom was also extremely helpful, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable.
What really stood out was his excellent phone manner, professional, friendly, and reassuring, which made a great first impression even before I arrived.
Overall, a very positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brant Self Storage to anyone in the area

Terrible.
Stored motorhome there, so many problems...
1. I put a green tarp on roof as required and they verified was absolutely fine, i reiterated "im going to Africa, so be sure youre happy be fore i leave... they assuredme yes... then 1mth later i got an email to all motorhome owners basically saying "completely wrap your motorhome in green tarp 100% in xxxdays or it will be removed" I was shocked, vecause i couldnt do it as 1000s miles away AND THEY WONT LET YOU AUTHORIZE A FRIEND TO VISIT WITHOUT CHARGING AN ESCORT FEE! So I had to pay them £100s to wrap it for me.
2. Then few weeks later price went up
3. When I finally decided to sell my motorhome initially they wouldn't let a family member access and wanted £/hrs for escorting a stranger... so my buyer was not allowed to view my motorhome.. in the end they accepted my son in law to be registered so he could visit on my behalf but it cost week and I nearly lost my buyer
4. Motorhome sold around 1wk into a paid month. Its Removed from site and now they want another month's rent as didn't give 1 months notice.
5. They intend to and can just to take the money without authorisation.
6. They do not ever phone or talk on WhatsApp its all legel worded type emails based on contract... I guess read every word of contract !

There are cheaper places local to here.
I strongly recommend do not use this company, if you do be prepared gor extra charges and only you are allowed to your stuff.

Friendly staff, organised, tidy site, lots of security. Feel very reassured.

Required 200 sq ft of short term storage for decorating purposes and Brant provided a cost effective and convenient offering. Used a Brant partner company for packing and removal (Sole Removals), the combined service provision was convenient, timely and worked seamlessly between both companies.
Overall, a very satisfactory experience that worked well.

Brilliant Facility, very helpful staff, security and customer care is 5 star.
