While I haven't completely quit yet, I am seeing some progress. I am confident that I will be able to quit completely after a short time. I am pleasantly suprised with how this is helping me cut down to be able to stop.

I think I was ready to quit (25 years smoking, then 8 more vaping), so Breathelio was the "final nudge".

I still use it a lot (the move I mean) with a pleasant flavor in the mouth (like having a breath mint).

Enorm snelle levering, geen weken wachten maar na 3 dagen al in de bus.
Product moet wat wennen qua smaken en vooral dat er geen rook bij is. Anders valt het goed mee qua gebruik.

Seeing alot of baseless negative reviews on here that wanted to address :

Shipping concerns - This is fairly situational but i got mine delivered in three days which was perfect and exactly on time as promised. Seems like some people are not as fortunate.

Lack of Taste and Design : I dont understand this one, this is a device that is designed to help you quit smoking, not just replace it with an alternative, therefore did you actually expect it to be a replica of a chemical based electric pen that emits smoke? Some people are actually dumb, yes your sucking on wood, yes its not as strong as a vape, but i dont see them advertising it as anything different , in fact in all the adverts they make it cery clear as to what you will be receiving, nothibg misleading whatsoever, most definitely NOT a scam,

Now my concerns and experiences :

Overall when i first got it i was extremely happy with the results, as a nicotine pouch and vape user, i have not touched either since getting my hands on the item, flavors are good, mint cold turkey ,cinammon spice orange are standouts, i am surprised how i have never tasted a vape with a similar taste as the orange core because that would sellout pretty easily, the mango one is straight ass though and there is one more i have not tried yet, so out of the 6 flavors, 4/6 were actually very good with one left un reviewed.

However my main concern and this is a very very serious issue that needs to be addressed. WHAT ARE IN THESE CORES? Since the past teo days im having some very bad chest palpitations and my lungs feel extremely painful when i take long breaths, is this device actually safe? What is the ingredient list because all i see online is “100% natural ingredients” with no explanation as to what we are inhaling??? This is extremely serious concern that needs to be addressed and talked about, is anyone else having issues with this?

I have made steps in the order: cigarettes-vape 20mg nicotine-vape 15mg-vape 10mg-vape 5mg-LIO and it worked like a charm! The fruit based Lio wasn't what I expected and Lio gave me new mint ones immediately (and more than needed) so I am very happy with the customer service too. And let me say, I am 4 weeks in it and haven't touched my vape once. I even went to a festival and didn't once thought about the vape. I mean, really really great stuff! I am so happy so thank you so much! You guys should get more credits at the health department for making it easier to quit.

Het werkt, we zijn ondertussen een week zonder sigaretten of vape, belangeijk is wel dat je je rookgewoontes aanhoud, dus bv ga LIO niet binnengebruuken als je gewoon bent om van buiten te roken enz...

Goeie stevige smaken met een goeie troath hit zodat je wel het effect van een sigaret hebt, Deze smaakjes gaan ook langer mee.

Fijn product. Het verzet echt je gedachten van het roken zelf. Ik ben blij dat ik dit geprobeerd heb.

Snelle levering en werkt eigenlijk heel goed. We zijn intussen een week bezig. Ik moet stoppen owv mijn kankerbehandeling en dit is ideaal, zelfs de muntige smaken zijn echt goed, terwijl ik normaal niet voor munt ben. En nu is vooral de cinnamon mijn favoriet!
Mijn man doet het ook mee, en normaal is hij heel chagrijnig zonder zijn sigaret, maar deze keer niet! wij zijn heel tevreden!!

Tot nu toe helpt het om bezig te zijn met mijn handen en de sterke cravings te sussen.

How as a company do they get away with this, and also the company shouldn't reply aswell, I just say avoid dont buy , much cheaper brands out there and this is shipped from Netherlands rather get a UK based provider.

Ik rook al vanaf mij 12e jaar en ben nu 60. Ook heb ik inmiddels COPD wat het stoppen met roken belangrijker maakt. Na van alles geprobeerd te hebben waren nicotine pleisters de beste optie. Na nog een half jaar knipperlicht gespeeld te hebben was ik er wel klaar mee. Na de Lio stick ontdekt te hebben gaat het me nu wel goed af om niet meer te roken. Het zuigen aan iets bleef in mijn onderbewuste hangen om weer te gaan roken. Nu met de Lio stick kan ik kiezen uit verschillende smaken wat ook een groot pluspunt is. Wel mag de instructie beter hoe je het wattenstaafje moet aanbrengen. Ook het hebben van meerdere pijpjes is een must. Dit omdat bv menthol lang blijft hangen in het pijpje wat andere smaken overheerst. Een zeer tevreden klant over het product LIO.

Easy to navigate

I can understand the idea of it but having tried the “cold turkey” flavor and now using the mango and berry flavours, the lack of taste and same feeling on your thought is very noticeable.
I wouldn’t mind so much and just get more cold turkey if the cores weren’t about £7 a pack.

I feel like a lot of the these other flavours need something like peppercorn to give the same “Hit” as the “cold Turkey” but not very impressed with the cores as of yet

Ik vind het een goede manier om te stoppen. Het werkt echt. Maar ik vind het alleen een beetje spijtig dat mijn verbruik, zelfs met de korting, even duur is als vapen.

I've only been using this for 2 days but I can honestly say that it is so great and I love using it. The only flavour I've tried so far is the "oh my orange", I love how the flavour starts off quite strong then slowly fades the more you use it. I find this company to be quite good as there is so much information on their website and navigating the site is easy too. I'm also quite surprised at how fast the parcel got to me after ordering.

Lio is zeker een hulp bij het stoppen met roken. Je hebt wel 1 a 2 bijvullingen per dag nodig wat het prijzig maakt.

Het is verrassend hoe de Lio helpt bij het stoppen met roken. Ik ben Cold Turkey gestopt met 40 sigaretten per dag te roken. Ok, de afkickverschijnselen zijn even heftig, maar ik hield het verrassend goed vol. Dit in tegenstelling tot de veelvuldige eerdere pogingen in de laatste 25 jaar. Van alles geprobeerd, maar niets werkte afdoende. Ik ben nu een week "clean", wat ook wel nodig is omdat het roken mede de oorzaak is dat ik binnenkort een bypass operatie moet ondergaan.
Het enige minpuntje is wellicht dat je de sticks eerst moet pluizen. Oh ja, ik heb een gaatje geboord om er een koordje doorheen te rijgen zodat de Lio nu om mijn nek hangt. Ik moest hem steeds zoeken.
