Happy to have chosen them for my first time buy - the online dashboard was incredibly helpful and the phone help service was genuinely the best I've ever received from any company.

The only season I can't give a full five stars is that things did a little stressful towards the endgame where I can believe the service can have been improved (for example, not sending important emails that required lots of actions last thing on Friday, which happened twice). Also while communication was good with me, the estate agents were a bit concerned they hadn't heard from them.

Ultimately, the purchase went across the line, so even with some very minor complaints, I'd be happy to recommend them.

Very straightforward and professional service at a competitive price. Sophie was very efficient and attentive throughout the whole process and dealt with each step promptly.
The portal was informative very easy to use. Would definitely use the service again.

After hitting difficulties with our initial High Street conveyancer, we decided to switch to Brevis - it was the best decision we could have made.

The website is slick and each stage of the process is broken up into easy to digest modules. Everything is explained in a nice concise and informative way - and, if you do have any questions, an advisor is onhand to put your mind at ease.

Sophie dealt with our journey from start to finish and she was absolutely amazing. I never actually spoke to Sophie over the phone as there was absolutely no need - she kept me informed every step of the way and if I did chase an update, she was right on top of it. I really can't praise her enough - she took all the stress out of the process. Shout out to Armina too - she filled in for Sophie on a couple of occasions and was equally as professional and helpful.

We want to say a big thank you to Sameena and the team at Brevis who helped us purchase our first home. We had lots of questions throughout the whole process, but Sameena made sure that we were updated at every stage, she answered all questions we had quickly and was always available to speak on the phone which really reassured us the whole way through the process. The dashboard was also great tool to see where we are in the process and what was needed from us at each stage.

Excellent experience from start to finish with Sophie at Brevis.
We were guided through the sale of ours and the purchase of a listed house (with the complication of pulling out of our first choice house and having to rent for a few months so the whole process took six months). Excellent communication and advice throughout.

Completion time took about 4 months from March to July. Khiah - my case handler - was very professional and friendly, and always responded to emails within 24hrs. When I called to request updates or clarifications if Khiah was busy there was always someone available to deal with my queries appropriately. The people are polite and professional. I would use their services again.

What a brilliant amazing service. Khiah was brilliant in helping us to sell my late uncles leasehold flat. I've sold a few times and it's always been a nightmare having to chase up solicitors. Five-star service from Brevis! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Although our chain was a short one, with two houses, we have no doubt that it was our account manager Lauren's efficiency and competence that got us from offer to completion in exactly three months.

Lauren kept us up-to-date throughout the process, and the dashboard made it easy to check on the progress and complete any necessary tasks. Everything was explained in plain English which was helpful, and Lauren offered advice throughout.

First time using Brevis and was very impressed with how easy the dashboard was to use. Our account manager Sophie was very quick to respond to any queries and we are very happy with how quickly the transaction took. Highly recommended!

Started off well but then they seemed to disappear off the face of the Earth. I had to chase and chase for any response and in the end resorted to copying in all the email addresses I could find for the company after being ignored by the assigned conveyancer for weeks. They dragged things out and ignored me for so long that my house purchase almost fell through. After completion they sent my documents to my old address. I emailed them to notify them of the new address and to attempt to confirm that any further documentation would be sent to my new address (the address of the property I had bought with their assistance) but was ignored again. I do not understand all the 5 star reviews and wonder why my experience was so different.

Having had somewhat mixed experiences with the conveyancing process in the past with other solicitors we opted to use Brevis based on online reviews and were very happy with the decision that we made.
From the very beginning communication was excellent, with a quick response to any email or telephone queries.
The electronic dashboard made the whole process of submitting documents so much easier than the traditional method of doing so and it made our progress towards completion very clear.
Special thanks to our account manager, Sophie Humfrey, who was extremely helpful and efficient in keeping things moving along. She responded promptly to any emails and kept us updated regularly towards the end of the process. She definitely provided an example that other solicitors would do well to follow.
Overall, what could have been a stressful process was made much easier and we wouldn't hesitate to use Brevis again should the need arise.

I recently used Brevis for the executors sale of a 3 bed bungalow and cannot rate the service I received highly enough. Lauren was a great person to have handling our sale. She was very efficient, always dealing with things immediately and promptly and explaining things clearly when needed. The Brevis systems are excellent, using modern approaches with a dashboard and e-signing and everything done without a single piece of paper. From the initial contact with Brevis, accepting the quote through to the sale of our home of 20+ years and the purchase of our new build we have found Brevis to be an outstanding company to work with. I chose Brevis in the first instance because of the portal I particularly liked the idea of completing all paperwork in one place and being able to see at a glance what needed to be completed.

We've had a fantastic experience start to finish with Brevis. Particularly with Sophie, she has always given us updates on progress as soon as it happens (even giving us updates and reassurances when we were waiting for things to happen to make sure we didn't stress!) We've felt valued and as though Sophie has really cared about the outcome for us at every turn.
