I had terrible experience and the sale wasn’t progressing and Sophie has saved the day and managed to get the deal to exchange and completion.

Brevis piloted our property purchase from offer and acceptance to exchange of contracts and completion in 45 days. Brevis is an efficient, professional, modern, and tech savvy firm. They have an excellent online 'dashboard' that tracks the progress of your purchase from start to finish, highlighting all the tasks and responsibilities for both you (the purchaser) and them (the solicitor). At any time, you can log on and see where things are up to. My wife and I were assigned Lauren Jarmain-Chew, who is an extremely dedicated, hardworking, detail-oriented, and patient solicitor. She explained everything perfectly clearly and made both of us feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The searches were ordered and reviewed quickly; they were summarised and emphasised very well. The whole process was hassle-free and unproblematic, with nothing unforeseen popping up to slow down the process. We highly recommend Brevis for anyone seeking streamlined, competent, and professional legal services when buying a property.

Really impressed with this firm whom I used to sell a BTL flat. Competitive price, quick efficient service from Lauren. Clever use of technology/e-docs to speeds things up, but you can still call them up and speak on phone as well. I am selling a second flat through them and will use them in the future.

Brevis are amazing, we can't recommend them enough! In just 10 weeks, Shamima managed our house purchase from start to finish and she was fantastic. She was quick to respond to any questions we had, kept us up to date with any outstanding issues and was incredibly thorough. Brevis also write and explain everything in plain, easy-to-understand English which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with such complicated legal proceedings. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them again if and when we buy our next house.

My conveyancer Mohammed Nakhuda was thorough, diligent and patient throughout the process. Conveyancing can be a convoluted and stressful process and his approach made a big difference to lessening the stress.

I never thought I would find a solicitor I was actually happy with through a house sale, but on my third attempt, thankfully I found Brevis! The service was laughably better than any other service I’ve received in the past, and it still shocks people when I say I actually had a smooth ride with my solicitor. Sophie was exceptional and always at the end of the phone for our questions, especially as we had a little bit of a unique sale with share of freehold/ leasehold. Brevis have a useful dashboard system for all of your documents and ‘to dos’, and are extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. They are able to explain everything in layman’s terms and don’t overload you with jargon when it isn’t necessary, but are happy to explain everything to you if requested. I have recommended Brevis to everyone I know, and if the time comes for us to move again, I wouldn’t hesitate in using Brevis again (and requesting the wonderful Sophie too!).
