First timer
First time I've used this company and won't be the last. 1 of the shirts I ordered wasn't available so I was asked to pick an alternative which I did . I needed them for a birthday present , the delivery was quick and the parcel was expertly packed . My other half is over the moon with them excellent quality.

Really classy shirt
Really classy shirt, took a chance with a 15” collar which was too small, No messing with a refund, just a simple return and exchange for 15.5” which looks tailor made, Brian Oak were excellent to deal with.

My first order with Brian Oak. I loved the snazzy designs - so much more interesting than the usual mens' tailors. The shirts arrived very quickly and were packed beautifully with all the trimmings. Quality is amazing and the shirts have improved the look of my suits!!

Poor customer service
Shirts are great but one came with a really disgusting yellow stain on it, i asked for it to be swapped and theh said they would send a label to return it but its been a week and theyve said nothing

Service is excellent but jeans ordered…
Service is excellent but jeans ordered supposed to be 28in leg but not,they are much longer same as the pair I bought a short while ago also longer than 28in. Sorry but won't be using you again. RegardsJeff
