Great quality shoes and associated products. Fast delivery. Also brilliant service in the store in London when I exchanged for a different sized shoe.

I had a query about delivery and I received a response from Gemma which was swift, courteous and answered all my questions. I try to only buy Northants manufactured shoes but have not purchased from Sanders and Sanders before. The shoes are very well made and I put a high value on good customer service. Some manufacturers make very good shoes but let themselves down on service (will remain nameless!) - Sanders and Sanders have excelled in both respects.

Easy to order…a lot of excellent shoes to choose from. Shipped/arrived relatively quickly (UK to US). Look and feel great. Will definitely order again.

Buying footwear online can be tricky, not so with Sanders. The website has helpful information about sizing etc giving the buyer confidence in their choice. Excellent product and rapid delivery. My experience was an all round 5 Star service.

I got two pair of shoes on sale at -50% from Sanders & Sanders. They were shipped Express. Goods declaration was handled by shipper and package arrived in 2 days from UK to Denmark. The shoes arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I found the craftmansship and quality amazing for the price. I would definitively recommend!

I live locally so I asked to drop them off, at which they offerred to exhange them for a pair that did.
They did find a pair that fitted & I exhanged the original pair.
