Personale gentilissimo nell'assistenza whatsapp ma purtroppo le tende della pergola bioclimatica che ho acquistato non sono del tutto compatibili. Troppo piccole rispetto alla pergola

Fiz uma encomenda ,chegou um produto inferir ao encomendado e nao o aceitamos. A empresa depois de contactada , disse que o site estava errado, emendaram o site e agora querem que pague o transporte (56€)da devolução de um produto que nao recebi, nem o certo nem o errado. Porque assim não recebo o dinheiro(146€ pagos). O erro nao foi do cliente e sim da Briconess.

pessimi! pessimi!!! ordine che non arrivava mai. chiamati al fisso, parte sempre un disco, chiamati al cellulare sono sempre irraggiungibili. gestione della clientela lascia molto a desiderare.

Terrible, terrible customer service experience. I live in Portugal and ordered a green resin 3 seater garden bench from the Leroy Merlin site on 11 April 2026 (Ref. 91414600, price 93.90 euros). I received acknowledgement of payment and was advisedI had a message from the vendor, Briconess, Italy. That's the last time anything made sense. I got a message (in Italian, so clearly, Leroy Merlin, PT didn't pass on the information that I speak English), saying my item (Ref. 26101L29217) had shipped on 14/4/26.
After that...nothing. I tried to find out who the carrier was from both Leroy Merlin and Briconess. I got nothing but formula messages. L. Merlin totally washed their hands of everything. They say you have to contact the vendor if anything goes wrong. Briconess never answered any of my emails except with a formula reply that boiled down to "contact the carrier who received the goods" - all still in Italian. I have written at least 6 times to their contact email telling them nothing has been delivered, saying I am flying to France 7thMay and asking over and over where my item is and who transported it. They just send the same formula thing telling me to contact the carrier. I have asked for a full refund to thedebit card I used, but I get no acknowledgement. L. Merlin don't care a fart, because they say the vendor is responsible, and that vendor obviously doesn't care about the customer either!
I spent my money and all I've had is weeks of frustration through latter April into May plus useless garbage in my email box. I will NEVER order anything from the Leroy Merlin site, nor have anything to do with the Italian company.

Sito ben fornito, prezzi abbordabili e spese di spedizione più che valide!!! Ordinerò ancora!!

Azienda poco seria, prodotti in vetrina non corrispondenti a realtà, ho comprato delle tende da sole, in foto erano illustrate complete di mantovane, mentre me ne sono arrivate 2 senza le mantovane.

Spedizione pessima, dopo aver speso 250 per una fantomatica spedizione Dino a casa di un ingombrante, non c’è stato preavviso della spedizione, il pacco è arrivato rotto, ho dovuto scaricare io a mano il collo perché il corriere non ce la faceva! Non consiglio questo sito per ingombranti

El trato es pésimo, compré una mesa y ellos tuvieron un error y en vez de solucionarlo y ponerse en contacto en vez de enviarme la mesa me devolvieron el pago. Al responderme se recochineo de mi.
MUY POCO EDUCADOS

J ai commandé le 28 OCTOBRE 114e70 erreur sur l article j ai demandé un retour effectué le 3 NOVEMBRE en demandant un remboursement hors à ce jour 15 DÉCEMBRE toujours pas de remboursement

Sono stati scorretti, sollecitati ad annullare un piccolo ordine, non lo hanno fatto per non perdere la vendita . Minacciando poi che il reso lo avrei pagato io.

Fim uma encomenda com eles através do site da Leroy merlin, fiz a encomenda a 21 de agosto e supostamente chagaria a 29, não chegou ainda e hoje é dia 5 de setembro , ando a ser enrolada e entretanto pedi reembolso, enviaram me mensagem a dizer que tinham feito o reembolso , claro e que até agora não recebi reembolso nenhum , vou continuar a reclamar em todo o lugar que poder afinal são 120 euros !!

Primo acquisto,trovato x caso, ordinato pannelli in legno e un'altro prodotto, arrivati con imballaggio perfetto, grigliati bellissimi,come da descrizione, anzi meno costosi di altri siti, azienda affidabile, consigliatissima.Devo fare parecchi lavori alla casa e quindi ordinerò ancora qui!Grazie😊

J'ai fait confiance à cette enseigne parce que c'était proposé sur le site de Leroy Merlin et que j'ai pris ça pour un gage de qualité. J'ai malheureusement lu trop tard (après réception et découverte de la catastrophe) les avis sur la page de Leroy Merlin.
Le priest immonde, rien à voir avec les photos. J'ai commandé du gazon synthétique et j'ai reçu des rouleaux qui ne correspondent pas du tout au descriptif : 3mm d'épaisseur au lieu de 10mm !!!! des trois partout et une qualité immonde, in dirait qu'ils ont collé des bout de sacs plastiques verts sur un support de mauvaise qualité.
J'ai fait une demande de retour, photos à l'appui et j'ai reçu une première réponse d'après laquelle il faudrait que je déroule entièrement le rouleau... évidemment si je fais ça ils ne le reprendront pas.
C'est une catastrophe, ne leurs faites surtout pas du tout confiance, ce sont des escrocs.

J’ai acheté une table de jardin, j’ai reçu deux mois après un barbecue. Déjà un mois de retard pour la livraison, puisJ’ai fait de nombreuses réclamations, les réponses sont très approximatives et on m’a demandé de renvoyer le barbecue pour me rembourser la table qu’on m’a jamais livré. J’ai jamais vu une Entreprise aussi mauvaise dans sa communication et le sérieux de son service client qui est inexistant.
J’ai acheté par le site Leroy Merlin, je suis très déçu car il n’y a pas de suivi non plus de leur côté, ce serait bien qu’il vérifie quelles entreprises ils hébergent, c’est dommage!

Catastrophique !
Livraison normalement prévue en 1 semaine.
Depuis 2 mois toujours rien . Aucune communication, hormis des réponses toutes faites et sans effet.
Vraiment très très mauvais !
Présent sur market place Leroy merlin à éviter !!!
