I like the mystery of not knowing what is coming and trying new flavors. I would have never just bought wines I didn't know before.

The staff at Bright Cellars are friendly and helpful. It has been a great way to sample wines from all over the world.

I love the way wines are paired to the individual. I like trying out different wines from different Cellars and you deliver. You promise to give your customers a wine experience and you certainly do.

I think Bright Cellars is the wine subscription service of the future. I've done two prior and had friends join others as well. Given the service and wine provided thus far, nothing even compares. The wine was delicious, had depth in its flavor profile, and fit my preferences. I'm excited to open my next box and expand my wine repertoire.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service!

We got a six bottle monthly subscription as a gift and the experience has been delightful from the beginning. The website is easy to use, the starting quiz was fun, and there are options for every preference. The wine came quickly and was elegantly packaged with useful info included for each bottle. When we ended up with a bottle we didn’t like, (we expected that they wouldn’t all be wins, and we didn’t complain, we just rated it lowly on the app), we even got a (totally unexpected) personalized response from customer service letting us know what would change in the future to match our tastes better. Overall would highly recommend! It’s a very fun and accessible way to learn more about what you like in a wine.

Great customer service! They give you free bottles if you are dissatisfied with what you get. No questions asked. Each box is created for your preferences and they tailor the wine to your taste.

Never been disappointed in the wines I’m sent . Especially their special boxes like damaged label .

Bright cellers is sending me unsolicited texts trying to get me to buy wine. I finally inappropriate that they're spamming me to buy stuff. I will never buy from a company that approaches me in this unprofessional fashion

Terrible customer service. We bought a case of their wine, which was barely drinkable. Tried to get a refund, but the best they could do was produce replacement ONLY if we ordered an additional case.

Very misleading, seemingly purposefully hard to use website, multiple mistakes charged to my credit card the company didn't take the right accountability for... the list goes on: this wine delivery service is not worth it and does not have the customer in mind, to say the least.

The first time I ordered I got wine and was offered a one-time choice of cheese. I remember this, because I'm allergic to dairy and only decided to agree to buy cheese for the friends that I was having over when the wine would be delivered.

Lo and behold, first order, they charge me for extra for 4 cork screws I didn't order and I have to have a back and forth with other customer service who says it was a "glitch" (if you know about it, why didn't you correct the price yourself before I had to catch this later?)

I get no receipt for the single cheese order except after it has been delivered, with no mention of it being a subscription, from a different email (this is to be expected but it would be nice to let the customer know to be on the lookout) and over the course of a month am flooded by emails after email from their company and"Izzy" a bright cellars rep. There is no way to discern important emails from the company in this flood of advertisements.

Second shipment comes around and turns out they have sent and charged me for cheese again! Yum.

Call up customer service, as the website is probably purposefully misleading and it very hard to figure out how to cancel (pro-tip you need to email a concierge and it's at the very bottom of the website where you wouldn't expect) and am on the phone for a while as the customer service agent tries to mansplain to me that I agreed to the cheese subscription terms and agreements (huh? how?) while providing me with no proof, and I let her know I received no initial receipt on my end. I then have to be stern (annoying- millennials trying to sound stern is sad) to insist that wasn't what I agreed to. Her response? "Sorry, I can't remember what the website said when you ordered this" over and over. Why should she? Manager finally gave me a refund.

Also, yes, all the wines tasted the same and weren't worth it, and I cancelled the subscription finally.
