I book a flight through bright holiday and wonderful lady called Anna and she is amazing and very helpful, Anna help me to book my flight to Gambia without any issues and she always follow up with your airline and check you and give you all necessary advice. My family traveled and she help us book the flights and when the luggagers didn't arrive Anna makes some follow up until we get them, Anna is the true definition good customer service and service delivery.

This was my first time using travel agent and it will be the last,
This company made a reservation for me and my 4 kids on 22nd January 2025 for a 3 weeks flight only in Decemer
I started paying in installments of £250, up until July 2025.

[24/07, 16:37] Bright Holiday: my dear i have check airline have increased fare and text.prices are too expensive.
After receiving the above message from Anna, I called and spoke with her, she told that after paying £1900 and only having £400 balance that we now have to pay £1800 more for each of us, that's £7200 she is now asking for on top of the £2400 we were originally charged for our flights. Making the new total £9600 for just flights only. And this is 6 months after we made our reservation, and I have never missed a payment.
The said if the airline prices changes then our prices will also change, which is very confusing because we reserved our flights and were making our monthly payments.
I even called the airline and they confirmed if you make a reservation you only pay the price you reserved the tickets at, any increases in price wouldn't affect you.
The children were supposed to go and see their Grandmother and this may even be the last time they would ever see her.
This left us all very sad and devastated, I ask for me £1900 back and she told me I can have some of my money back in cash and the rest in vouchers. Adding more salt to injury. I had to put my foot down and eventually got my full refund.
I tried to report them but couldn't find anything online to suggest they are even a member of any travel association.

Lack of professionalism
One of the agents, Anna Martin, has not been helpful at all. I completed my payment over a month ago, yet my ticket has still not been issued. I contacted British Airways directly, and they informed me that the reason the ticket has not been released is because the agent has not made the payment.
Each time I speak to her, she becomes dismissive and tells me I still have a month before my travel date and should be patient. I find this response unacceptable, especially given how long it has been since I paid. At this point, I am beginning to question the legitimacy of the service Iâve received and whether Iâm being misled.
I hope this issue is resolved quickly, as the ongoing delay is causing significant stress.
