Stephany explained all the functions of Bright HR in a clear and understanding way, she went through the process of adding a new employee with me. She was friendly and able to answer all my questions.

Andrew (and his lovely European tan) was very friendly and outgoing, always happy to ensure I was understanding the material he was showing me and very happy and cheerful. His friendly demeaner was welcoming and made the 30mins feel like 10! I really appreciated how Andrew was happy to try and assist in any way he could.

Thanks Andrew, I hope you get back to Europe again to get more of a tan!

So far our service from Brighthr has been a smooth process - staff are friendly and very helpful. The webinars have been easy to follow and insightful. Micah was excellent and ever so helpful. So impressed so far.

Stefany was incredibly helpful during our Zoom trading session. She guided me through BrightHR with clear instructions and answered all my questions thoroughly. Her expertise and patience made the process much easier to understand. I highly recommend her assistance for anyone needing help with BrightHR.

Daniel explained the Bright HR website thoroughly. Answered all my questions and showed me where to find all the relevant information for our staff ie Staff contacts e learning and where to find support relating to HR issues. Very helpful. Thanks

Daniel's enthusiastic and friendly disposition made the training session an enjoyable experience. The platform itself I was impressed with, very user-friendly, logical and easy to navigate.

Andrew is exceptional guiding us through your product and offered good advice and well verserd guidance throughout.

They consistently misled us throughout our experience. When we requested the closure of our account, there was no response whatsoever—no callbacks, no replies to emails, still getting charged for this account, very poor service

The support team have been amazing through my first year of using Bright HR. This application has made rostering & payroll so much easier for me.

On top of that my account manager Sam has been super supportive throughout the whole process & is always available for a chat.

Highly recommend this!

Personal Leave is limited to full or half days - we record in hours.
I am unable to see what time/date leave entries are made - this means i am unable to confirm if leave entered after pay has already been done.
Not good for accountability

Great team, very helpful and documentation is super easy to navigate.
Sam is my account manager and he is super accesible and very proactive.
Great HR support.

File imports

Don't work, reviewed them for us and the reported issue had no prior guidance. Upon 2nd attempt the import still doesn't work

Poor when you can't import data and they won't help import data for you

Had my intro session with Lisa-Marie Ianni last week and couldn't have been more impressed. Lisa-Marie was fully educated on the subjects and offered calm and decisive answers to my questions. She stuck to the timeframe and confidently delivered the presentation exceptionally well. As a person on a tight timeframe i was especially impressed with Lisa-Marie lanni 5*

Michael Han, has done several training sessions with me, he's great. He knows his stuff, and is very patient for those not so computer literate. Thanks Michael
