Thank you, Cameron, for the great introduction to Bright HR. Exceptional program that has obviously had a huge amount of work put into it. Cameron made this learning process easy and comfortable to follow. I look forward to using this system bringing our small team into the modern world of staff management.

Andrew was really easy to understand, he was concise and I found everything easy to follow. He came across as confident and very knowledgeable. I Enjoyed the session immensely and feel confident in using the software.

Sam was very professional and was very good to engage with. He was very reassuring and gave good insight into what my options could look like from the services that Bright HR provide to their clients. Sam also demonstrated great knowledge about Bright HR and their systems. Very satisfied overall.

Glyssa gave an excellent introduction to the BrightHR platform, covering all the essentials and what would be of interest to our organization's needs. Afterwards she sent all the resources I would need going forward, so I feel confident when logging in now.

I have both the contract and safety templates quite helpful.

I also like the ability to call ad hoc and speak to someone if I have a HR question in mind.

I have also found the staff quite helpful, especially Sam Cottle who able to follow through on an enquiry I had.

Micah was pleasant to listen to, she explained all areas of BrightHR & BrightSafe well, leaving with me with a full understanding of the capabilities of the programs.

Andrew was knowledgeable in helping to learn to navigate the BrightHR software.
Could have easily had another 15 minutes tuition, but he did well to cover all the main aspects in the allotted time.

Daniel was very knowledgable and helpful during our onboarding session. Every question I had he was able to answer or point me in the right direction. We are very excited to use brighthr and continue to see what this can do for our business.

Instructions were easy and clear to understand. Andy was friendly and very knowledgable. We feel like we can call on him for anything we may need help with in the future. Thank you, we very much appreciate your time!
