Just look at the names of the so called verified 5 star reviews.

Ordered Dyson Airstrait 01st of November with hesitation, but seen strong Trust Piolit reviews.

Have not received my product, nor have the company updated me at any stage since first purchase email.

Now I am also locked out of my account and no number to call to speak to a human.

Worst Internet purchasing experience EVER!!!!!

I ordered Dyson Airstrait on August 2nd from this website, but unfortunately, the product was never delivered. The customer service assured many times that i would get my product but it never happened. Now, I am demanding my money back. I have neither received the item nor a refund. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this site at all. Be cautious - this seems very unreliable!

Couldn't use the card I wanted, Revolut was an option, QR code to scan all seemed odd and make red flags.... approval was to grant full access as opposed to send a payment

They are con merchants with lots of bot reviews. Be careful because they ripped me off for hundreds of £. I have reported them for fraud and will be contacting TuCows the dot com regulator too.

Wie alle hier - gleiche Erfahrung - nächstes Mal lese ich Trust Pilot bevor ich bei so einem Shop bestelle - 1 Stern ist noch zu viel.

Nach Bestellung eines Dyson Airstrait wurde immer und immer wieder eine neuer Liefertermin genannt - teilweise mir Ersatzlieferung und Geschenk für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Auch nach 3 Wochen - wo Lieferung und Ersatzlieferung angeblich unterwegs waren noch Storno angeboten

Entweder sie haben gute Leute im Kundendienst denen alles egal ist oder sehr intelligente Chatbots (Darauf angesprochen kam die Antwort dass sie reale Personen wären)

Nach dem Storno angeblich Vergütung nach 14 Tagen - aber natürlich nix - ebenso nach 2 Nachfristen - habe alles meiner Kreditkartenfirma gemeldet und das Geld zum Glück von dort zurückbekommen

Appears to be a scam company. Took my money immediately and sent order confirmation. Then nothing. No despatch note, no delivery, no response to chasing emails, no phone number to call. Recommend this site is avoided despite attractive pricing. Now trying to recoup purchase price from credit card company.

I placed an order 12 July, waited prescribed 10 days for delivery, wrote to them, then became suspicious because I hadn’t received a tracking number.
Waited for months after multiple follow ups and excuses, canceled the order, waited another months with multiple follow ups and they blamed Stripe.

Do not buy from them

I contacted the police and the bank, and the bank returned my money to me after 3 months. But! What's surprising!!! On the trustpilot.сom website, of all my negative reviews, only a couple remained. All the rest were deleted under the pretext that they were not verified. And the reviews of those real people that I read 2-3 months ago were also deleted. Guys, do not order on this website!!!!!! The trustpilot.com company works with them! They write more than 1000 positive reviews themselves!!!!!!! They do not deliver the goods. I am sure that they do not have the goods.

A Total Scam. Paid in full for a Dyson Airwrap. No confirmation email, promised it in 4 days.
The only communication I had was to say it can take 10 days. DO NOT BUY from this store. If you insist on doing it, use a Credit Card so you can get your money back.

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will not send your goods, they will scam your card. All the positive reviews are fake names.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BrightElectronics. I placed an order for a Dyson Airwrap on 7th October 2024, and since then, the service has been nothing short of appalling. I have written to them a minimum of four times requesting an update on my order, but each time, they merely respond by delaying the delivery date by an additional seven days.

To add to the frustration, they have also promised a complimentary pair of the latest Apple AirPods Pro as compensation, yet I have received neither the Dyson Airwrap nor the AirPods. Their lack of accountability and consistent failure to fulfil their promises are unacceptable.

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from BrightElectronics to reconsider. This level of service does not inspire trust, and I regret choosing them for my purchase.

I am genuinely so disappointed. I never have fallen for a scam but with the good reviews on Trustpilot and legit-looking websites I did. Unfortunately, it’s a scam. I never received the item. Contacted customer support and just received AI generated responses promising to include AirPods in it which made me even more suspicious. Please listen to the negative reviews!!!! I have contacted asking for a refund but based on the reviews here of people with similar experiences, I doubt that will happen. I will take legal action however if I do not receive a refund.

I ordered a Dyson air wrap in august this year. They were unable to deliver so I was promised a refund . To date this has not been forthcoming. Despite repeated emails all they have done is threaten legal action for the negative review I gave on trust pilot. It strikes me that the whole company don’t care about customers or service and they are basic all running a scam
