I’ve seen how this man operates. I would definitely not recommend this guy in any circumstance. My advice.. find another company to do your survey.

Just rented a house via Samia from Brik and we could not be happier with the servicie provided. From the viewing all the way to dealing with all the documents and inspections necessary for my employer to approve the rental as I am an expat, everything was super efficient.

Unscrupulous agents, made my disabled mother cry. Warning - they will act friendly at the beginning and put false pressure on you to take a contract, then towards the end they get nasty. They are never on your side if you are a tenant. Know your rights as a tenant as they will take advantage if you don’t.
Please think twice.

Just bought a house through Mat at Brik, Parsons Green. Very charming, professional and practical he kept a close watch on the whole process throughout. Inevitably of course a few issues arose but Mat calmly resolved them quickly and in good spirit. Without hestitation I would use him to sell a property in the future.

Excellent personal service and they know their patch like the back of their hand with quality research to back it up. Would highly recommend.

Having used Brik for the sale of our house some 5 years ago (at a price over asking), there was no doubt in our minds that we would use Brik again for the sale of our new house. They provided a sensible valuation, produced an excellent brochure, description and photos and succeeded in getting numerous offers for our house within 10 days of the house going to market (at a record price per sq ft for the area). Absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sensible advice from James on valuation but open to us putting on the market at higher price. Brik stuck to their word: having agreed their agent fee earlier in the year they did not try to renegotiate it later when others may have. Very efficient at arranging viewings, and telling us about them before and afterwards. After price was agreed James persevered through legal delays and brokered various issues that ensured the sale safely continued to exchange and completion. It felt like a local personal service.
