No answer ,no item, no update

Ordered an item haven’t gotten an order number , no tracking either , no email verification. Email support and no answer on two different emails sent. For being a company that says they are great with customer service I’ve had none really confused what’s happening right now .

A good company that understands you if you talk to them properly!

At first they did not admit fault, but later they fully admitted fault and the goods arrived safely this morning!

The product is as good to the touch and quality as the reputation suggests, and I'm sure I'll be enjoying it a lot from now on!

Good quality product. Genuine company

Although I had never heard of this firm before, I'm rather happy with what I received and the support.
I could see right away from the photos that the dolls appeared to be of high-quality, and I was able to confirm this after I got the package.
Of course, don't expect it to be exactly the same, but the feel and look are incredibly close to the actual thing.
Although it's true that some customers have said that the dolls are cool to the touch, I wasn't affected by this myself, but it's something to keep in mind.
on the company, each time there was an update on my order, they stayed in contact and gave me emails.

Toys feel really great to use

Toys feel really great to use and have a good texture and weight to them. Order tracking doesnt seem to actually give useful information and customer service is difficult to work with, but the products are good!

This company scammed me

This company scammed me. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a product supposedly molded from an OF performer, but they shipped me a garbage generic product off Amazon. I have proof it was fake too. Do not buy from this company.
