Aggressive seller, refused return, racial slurs
I had an appalling experience with this business. I bought three Samsung adapters and attempted to return them. The seller called me and promised a full refund, providing a return label valid for only 5 days. When I asked for a refreshed label a few days later because I was busy with exams, the seller abruptly refused the refund. Worse, he then used the business phone numbers to send me highly abusive text messages containing extreme profanity and the racial slur 'gipsy'. I am currently processing a bank chargeback for this order. Shocking and unacceptable customer service.

Nothing but great deals and fantastic customer service
I absolutely recommend British Modules!
I have bought with them several times now and have gotten nothing but great deals, fast shipping, and impeccable customer service.
In my last order, I had a minor issue, where I got delivered a slightly different product than the one I had ordered. It would have been a great deal, nevertheless, but I've emailed them, wondering if there was any way they could fix it.
Hugh was the professional who quickly responded to my message. They immediately sent me the correct products and didn't even ask me to return the wrong ones.
I can assure you that this is a company concerned with its customers. You'll get nothing but great deals and fantastic customer service from them.
Highly recommended.

Product is there but rubbish instructions
The product looked robust and was a good size. However, the instructions and video were useless to me. I wasted all 6 trying to figure it out. The product is good in theory but I won't buy it again.

I had a great experience with Hugh at British Modules. He resolved my issue with my charging cable quickly and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process.
Hugh arranged for a replacement cable to be sent out free of charge straight away, and he also included a return Jiffy bag so I could easily send the faulty cable back to them without any hassle.
Really impressed with how efficient, professional, and helpful he was. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely looks after its customers. Thanks again, Hugh!
