Cables take twice as long to charge as my superfast cables. Good customer service.
I bought 2x 1.8m cables which came in Samsung boxes and were advertiaed as genuine Samsung. Both cables do not superfast charge and take twice as long to charge as my original superfast charging cables, A notification would also pop up saying 'USB not supported'when plugged into my phone.
The seller seems nice and has responded to a not so flattering review by replacing the cables (the replacements also do not superfast charge and are equally as slow), and thrown in a 2m long 100W VIDVIE cable which does superfast charge my phone and works great. It costs around £7 on ebay, which is cheaper than what I paid per cable on my original order. I've given 5 stars as they've allowed me to return the 4 slow cables for credit and keep the superfast cable.

Hi, we have checked and you haven't purchased CHARGERS! You have purchased 2x CABLES many months ago; we have never had contact from you, nor have we had a return request! If they were not genuine and faulty, why not contact us immediately? If they have broken after usage, then that's something entirely different, longer cables do break more frequently due to their length, and you can't go around blackmailing a small family-owned business! Response to your updated review: We didnt sell you adapters, is your adapter genuine samsung adapter and 45w? Remember 1.8m is normally paired with 45w adapters for better performance. If you are not a competitor why not allow us to help!

Good, but...
Good genuine items and fast shipping. Only reason for 3 stars was I purchased 6 items which came to £34 and I had no other shipping options than to pay £20 shipping... £20!!! Then it was only RM 48! If you are going to charge that much shipping and with no other options at least make it next day special delivery!

Great company
Great company. My wife broke her charger for her samsung at start of the year then she broke it again and then I broke it last week so we have ordered 3 in the past few months. Very fast delivery and great price. ( we broke the charger nothing to do with the company

Good company to order from
Decided to order a dual USB plug for iPhone from British Modules after seeing pictures of burnt out “genuine” ones on a certain online marketplace.
Product as described and delivered fairly quickly. Would recommend and will order from here again.

Fabulous product from a professional business.
Bought 2 x 2m long Apple 240W USB-C woven design, MFi-certified, charge cables from this seller, on eBay. They were a very reasonable price, arrived promptly, appear to be of excellent quality and they work very well indeed, as advertised.

I asked for 1-2 business day delivery…
I asked for 1-2 business day delivery as I needed these by the end of the week. Ordered on a Tuesday still hadn’t been send to DPD on Friday. Can’t get hold of anybody to deal with it. Sent emails. Rang them a dozen times. Will never use again!
