Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. When you contacted us, our team asked if you could kindly share a screenshot of your phone’s “About” section so we could confirm whether the incorrect item was sent or if there may have been a mix-up with the order details. Without this information, we haven’t been able to properly verify the issue or put things right.

We also tried reaching you by phone and email but unfortunately didn’t receive a response. If you’re able to share the requested details, we’d be more than happy to resolve this for you and ensure you receive the correct item.

As a small business, we value every customer and genuinely appreciate constructive feedback. Many of our customers who initially experienced issues have later updated their reviews once we were able to resolve matters, and we’d be very grateful if you could do the same once your case is settled.

Hi Joe Schofield, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with your cable. As mentioned when you first contacted us, cables can unfortunately be prone to accidental damage. Based on the photos you shared, it did appear that the cable may have been accidentally snapped, but we’re still more than happy to help.

We’ve been trying to get in touch with you to arrange a replacement, as we really want to resolve this for you. However you just tried to damage our business and write false review and ignored us! we’ll be glad to send you a new cable at 16 Elm Drive, Billinge, St Helens, WN5 7PU and arrange for Brand New one to be delivered to you.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’d love the chance to put this right.

WHAT!!! You have ordered a phone model which seemed close enough! After reviewing your order, we can confirm that the product sent matched the phone model you selected when purchasing. As a gesture of goodwill, when you complained we replaced it free of charge without question. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again because the incorrect model was initially selected at checkout an error made by yourself!

We are a small family business and do our best to look after our customers, but we kindly ask that orders are checked carefully before purchase to avoid these situations. We wish you all the best moving forward.

You appear to have obtained an outdated version of the OnePlus cable. It’s possible that you purchased a cable intended for devices released several years ago while using a newer phone model.

What seems unusual is that you have not returned the item, despite the fact that we offer free returns on our website for issues of genuine fault, and we’ve also attempted to reach out to you without success.

This raises some concerns, as it gives the impression that you may not be a genuine customer. Please note that we provide a straightforward and complimentary return service for any product faults.

You can easily initiate a return through our website, where you’ll automatically receive a return label along with a full refund.
