Terrible company, no leads, no service - NOTHING

I paid £500 to Giving Mortgages (a lead generation company) for automated leads. After two weeks, I haven’t received a single viable lead. I’ve reached out multiple times through their online messaging system with no reply. I’ve also called several times, only to be left on hold with no answer.

At this point, I’ve had zero return on my investment and no communication whatsoever. Based on my experience, this feels like a scam. I’d strongly advise others to avoid this company.

For weeks now only 2nd hand leads. Even when they are not second hand last year, they were extremely poor quality. GM are so inconsistent in how they operate. They have only sold second hand leads this year so far. They have gone from having a cost per lead ,to bidding system starting from £1 to now they all start for £30 today, but all started from £20 yesterday, and this is for 2nd hand leads that another broker hasn't been happy with.

Waste of time

I have been purchasing mortgage leads on and off over the past 9 months and have had very little success in converting any of them! Yes, if you are prepared to pay an exorbitant sum to acquire a lead that is refundable (well, at least 95% of the price) you can at least replace it with another lead that, from my experience, is just as likely to go nowhere, or, you can purchase a non-refundable lead at a more reasonable price but where there is a strong possibility that the contact details are invalid.

From the very start Ahmet explained the system and he's always kept me up to date with any changes.
The concept works really well for me and I can not fault Giving Mortgages Lead Generator.
I have tried numerous other platforms and they have not worked for me needless to say I will be staying putt!

Great service and lead generation- clients pre qualified and expect your call.

Ahmet is a great business manager also, with regular checks to ensure everything is ok.

As first impressions go, I'm not impressed.
For the cost per lead, the quality of the leads is very poor. Lots of inaccurate telephone numbers, and fake names.

However I do like how easy the platform is to use.

Any mortgage broker will tell you that continuously finding new clients is the hardest part of the job. Finally I've discovered a lead generation company that has clearly been built by mortgage brokers for mortgage brokers.

I've used many different lead companies over the years but Giving Mortgages is THE best by far. Well qualified leads, reasonably priced and the fairest and most honest refund policy I've ever come across. Another thing I like about them is that they listen to and act upon broker feedback. Big shout out to Jane Robins at the head office; her customer service to myself has been outstanding and she has implemented a few of the changes I suggested to the system when I first started using their software.

Great leads, easy to use and a high conversion rate. For me it’s currently 40-50% conversion rate, staff reply fast to emails and the leads are very reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Easy to use, fair and transparent pricing and a high volume of good quality leads, I wouldn't look anywhere else when looking to purchase leads!

Since joining a little over a month ago, I have found the leads to be of good quality. The platform is constantly evolving e.g. more leads are qualified which has increased my contact rate. I particularly like seeing the clients credit report as soon as I purchase a lead. The support team are always on hand and act on broker feedback. Would highly recommend.
