David and Paul at Brooklin Claims dealt with the process of rebuilding our house following a serious fire.
The work was completed swiftly and to a very high speck, both of which would not have been possible without Paul's expertise.

We used Brooklin Claims recently (2024-2025) to deal with an insurance company and the underwriters with regards to a claim made for a property fire, none fault. The insurance co and underwriters were being a right nightmare throughout the process whilst I was dealing with them myself. Making me jump through hoops to get the information they needed and pretty much saying there was no viable claim.
Once David, from Brooklin Claims, took on the case it was such a relief as he and his colleagues were so competent and professional throughout the case. Kept me up to speed at each interval and key stages. Obviously it was a stressful period but they made it so easy. Eventually the claim was successful and I was very happy with the result. I would not hesitate to recommend the company at all.

Should anyone experience a house fire I would strongly recommend in utilising the services of Brooklin Claims Ltd.
Had it not been for Brooklin Claims acting as advocate for the claimant, the process of reinstating the home as before would have taken considerably longer than anticipated.
Their experience came to the fore in understanding relevant building regulations etc that was pertinent to my property.
So, thank you to David, Allan and the team for your support in reaching a more than satisfactory conclusion.

Very good service

I had a fire at a rental property on 29/2/24. It was a very worrying time as a couple of days later I was due to go on holiday for 2 weeks and really didn't know what to do apart from informing the insurance company. The very next day I was approached by one of Brooklin Claims Loss Assessors who immediately put my mind at ease. They took over completely, dealing with both the insurance company, sourcing a building contractor, organising a Schedule of Works and making sure that all the work was carried out up to standard. They also gave me all the advice I needed at the time. I cannot praise them highly enough for everything they did for me in this regard and would not hesitate to use them again if I found myself again in this unfortunate situation.
