Minor issue swiftly resolved

My wife recently experienced a minor issue with a set of Brooks Running shoes and provided feedback to the company. She had bought Brooks Running shoes for many years and wished only to make the company aware.
Having provided the feedback Brooks Running conducted a very prompt investigation and without hesitation offered to replace the shoes which was unexpected.
Thanks to Fatma for her great and prompt communication.

I'm on my 3rd pair of Brooks running…

I'm on my 3rd pair of Brooks running Trainers now, the Adrenaline GTS. This year, I brought the latest version, I did a 10k road run, and some of the stitching had appeared to pull/thread. I emailed Brookw with photos and explained I'd only been out once...customer service was super swift, and a replacement pair of trainers are now in the post!

Great customer service!

Got in touch with Brooks customer service as I felt my pair of Adrenaline 24 GTS trainers had worn out a bit prematurely (I think a slightly harder rubber on the sole could have slowed the issue). Got connected with Jess, who was super prompt, proactive and able to sort out a great solution for me.

Great products, great customer service, and 90 day trial period, can't recommend Brooks enough.

VILE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Offered a refund which i accepted but then they stopped replying to my emails, no refund given!!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!!!

J’ai acheté une paire de chaussures…

J’ai acheté une paire de chaussures chez Brooks Running et malheureusement elles se sont abîmées assez rapidement (un trou est apparu). J’étais un peu déçu au début, mais le service client a été très réactif. Après les avoir contactés, ils ont rapidement pris en charge mon problème et m’ont remplacé la paire sans difficulté.
Au final, même s’il y a eu un souci avec le produit, je tiens à souligner le sérieux et le professionnalisme de l’entreprise. Très bon service après-vente, je recommande.

Muy mala experiencia.

Muy mala experiencia.

Pedí 2 pares de zapatillas que nunca recibí. El transportista afirma que el paquete fue entregado y recogido, lo cual es totalmente falso: ese día yo estaba trabajando, vivo solo y ningún vecino ha recibido el paquete por mí.

A pesar de mi reclamación, han pasado ya más de dos semanas sin ninguna respuesta ni solución por parte del servicio al cliente.

Me he visto obligado a comprar las zapatillas en tienda física debido a la urgencia, lo cual es inaceptable.

Falta total de seriedad y seguimiento. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

essais brooks glycérin 23, versus22.

Bonjour. je viens d'acheter une paire de brooks glycérin23, suite au glycérin 22, que j'avais auparavant. mais je trouve dommage qu'ils aient diminué le drop de 2mm. Passé de 10 à 8 mm Personnellement, je préfère, un meilleur amorti du talon, ainsi qu'un renvoi meilleur. Bien sûr avec aussi un bon amorti sous la plante des pieds.
Je pense que je me retournais vers une autre marque, la prochaine fois, correspondant à mes attentes.

Seit vielen Jahren trage ich meine…

Seit vielen Jahren trage ich meine Brooks auf der Arbeit. Ich bin Krankenschwester und viel auf den Beinen. Nein, ich laufe keinen Marathon. Ich habe den Marathon der etwas anderen Art :-). Ihre Schuhe haben mich immer zuverlässig begleitet. Jetzt habe ich mir vor kurzem 3 Zehen angebrochen und brauchte sowieso neue Schuhe für die Arbeit und privat. Kurz gesagt: Ghost 17 GTX und Ghost Max 3 bestellt. Ich laufe wie auf Wolken. Super Federung. Keine Schmerzen mehr! Ich bin sehr sehr dankbar! Tolles Produkt! Vielen Dank!
