A big thank you to Jess and the Brooks team for helping resolve an issue with a pair of Max Hyperion 2 shoes. Super swift and great communication, even sending a follow up email when an email from them went to a junk folder. Without the follow up email I would have missed the original message.
Issue was resolved exactly as I hoped with great communication all the way through. Thanks again. I’m delighted that I get to keep on running in Brooks shoes.

I had a really great experience with Camilla from Brooks’ customer support team. She was absolutely amazing in helping me resolve an issue with my item. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted quickly and smoothly.
What really stood out was her patience and kindness throughout the whole process. She took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and made me feel genuinely looked after rather than just another ticket to close. It’s rare to receive customer service at this level, and it made a potentially frustrating situation completely stress-free.
Camilla is a real credit to Brooks — thank you again for the outstanding support!
Performance et technologie
J'ai commencé la course à pied il y a plus de 15 ans, j’avais une paire de basket à l’époque d’une autre marque et j’enchaînais les périostites. Sur les conseils d’un magasin spécialisé, j’ai acheté ma première paire de Brooks et tout à changé. Depuis, je n’achète que des Brooks, en particulier les modèles Glycerin ou Ghost qui me conviennent très bien pour des runs quotidiens et en compétition. Les modèles évoluent sans cesse en termes de technologie et de performance et apportent un confort que je n’ai jamais trouvé ailleurs ! Le must, la semelle DNA, c est fou, je dis toujours que j’ai l’impression d’enfiler des chaussons ! Il n’y a pas de secret, quand une marque est présente depuis si longtemps dans le monde du running, ce n’est pas innocent !
Leur service client est toujours d’une réactivité exemplaire, franchement, j’espère courir le plus longtemps possible avec des Brooks !
Really blown away by Brooks…
Really blown away by the service and experience with Brooks.
I am currently in physiotherapy rehab for a foot injury and have been trying to find trainers that don’t give me excruciating pain.
The 90 days return policy, including worn, that Brooks offers has been phenomenal and made my experience so much better. I initially ordered 3 trainers, returned 2. I then tried the 3rd outdoors a couple times and had to unfortunately return those also due to pain.
I then ordered another pair this week which have arrived so quickly and in a few wears, I know they’re the right trainer for me. I couldn’t be happier and think the price is really reasonable for the quality and science of the shoe.

I have been using Brooks for many years and have only just had to use the customer service department. But I must say they went over and above to resolve my issue. Thank you so much to Fatma for all your help and support.
Fantastic Fatma and brooks too
I went through the return process, so if you are not happy with your shoes within the 90-day period, you can return them. My elderly father had these shoes for one reason or another and was not quite happy with them. After I contacted a brooks I got Fabulous Fatma, she was absolutely amazing. She guided me through everything, informed me promptly and kept me in the loop. This is real customer service someone who cares, listens and gets the job done. Brooks, you need to ensure Fatma is training others because she is clearly excelling in her role right now. I just want to thank too Brooks for how wonderful you are. What a great company and what a wonderful thing you can do in terms of supporting elderly patients. I can’t thank you enough. As for why it didn’t work out this time, my father will continue to sing high praises about the nursing home about brooks such a wonderful company. Thank you so much.

EDITED - Drop DPD as you delivery courier
After getting in touch with Brooks, I have received an amazing e-mail, an apology that seemed heartfelt. So Brooks, I changed my mind, you are a great company, but you do need to sort your courier out (DPD), they are proper letting you down.

Will never order anything from Brooks again until they change their courier (DPD). Paid £5 for delivery and I have been chasing DPD for days now as they keep "missing me" (although I am at home and they keep posting photo of a house that is not even close to me).

J'ai adopté cette marque il y a quelques années après avoir testé, sous les conseils d'un spécialiste du running, trois marques différentes et le choix fut évident et instantané !
J'en suis à ma 7ème paire et que ce soit en trail, running ou training muscu en salle ,j'achète dorénavant les yeux fermés.
Durée de vie(jusqu'à 4 /5 ans facile pour des training en salle.2 ans en moyenne pour les modèles trails),looks, rapport qualité/prix très compétitif (40 30 € de moins que des modèles équivalents d'autres marques),service après vente très sérieux et à l'écoute bref,je suis comblé et confiant avec Brooks.

Goed en betrokken
Goeie producten en betrokken klantenservice. Ik had een jack besteld met korting. Door het extreme weer (sneeuw) was er vertraging in de levering. Ik heb contact gehad met een super betrokken klantenservice medewerker - zelf ook een hardloper. Ik ben vriendelijk te woord gestaan, de service medewerker was bijzonder betrokken. Het jack is uiteindelijk aangekomen en ik ben heerlijk warm en droog aan het rennen. Bedankt!

This company is very trustworthy I ordered a pair of shoes and having worn them and found them not to be comfortable, I returned them as per their policy and my refund was immediate with no quibble.
Relations clientèle et choix de chaussures
Des échanges fructueux ont été établis avec le service clientèle des brooks concernant le choix du modèle de chaussures adapté pour moi, et particulièrement pour l'objectif de faire un ultra trail dans le désert marocain. Les conseils ont été donnés notamment par des échanges de mails ciblés. Mon choix final, s'est porté sur les Caldera, modèle parfait, pour cette course de 200 kilomètres.

Estoy muy decepcionado con la compra de unas Brooks, llevo desde el 20 de noviembre esperando una solución a mi problema y estoy sin zapatillas y sin 150€! una vergüenza, NO COMPRÉIS NUNCA ESTA MARCA!
Tenéis todos los emails enviados des de noviembre 2025. Espero una solución.

Very Poor Customer Service

I don’t even know where to begin with the shambles that is Brooks Running. Placed a pre-Christmas order around the 8th of December last year.
Their incompetent DPD courier failed to deliver the item, despite alerting me that it was ready for collection. When I went to the locker, it was empty.
Since that date, I’m been emailing and phoning Brooks to get a refund to no avail. I have confirmation that the courier has returned the item to Brooks.
However, for reasons knownto Brooks only, they’re still holding onto my funds and are refusing to issue a refund😡😡.
Im tired of emailing, tired of phoning. BROOKS RUNNING, I WANT MY FUNDS BACK WITH INTEREST PLEASE!!!😡😡😡

J'ai vécu une expérience du service client exceptionnelle grâce à Olivia à qui je remercie très fortement. J'ai acheté des brooks mais chez Alltricks avec qui je n'ai pas pu les échanger. N'ayant pas connaissance du service d'essais pendant 90 jours et ayant dépassé le délai de 10 jours j'ai quand même tenté ma chance d'avoir un geste commercial. Merci énormément Olivia de m'avoir ecouté et entendue et de m'avoir permis de trouver ma paire de chaussures idéale. Merci infiniment !
