The customer service from Fatma and the ability to help me out was the best you could ask for. Very helpful and very efficient. My issue was a pair of runners that did not suit the shape of my feet and Fatma arranged a replacement pair for me. They are perfect and feel incredible on.
Thank you for your help and I am loving the new runners.

Meine Bestellung wurde vom Lieferanten nicht zugesandt . Sobald ich ihnen geschrieben habe, wurde sich um eine Lösung gekümmert. Als klar wurde, dass der Schuh nicht auffindbar ist, haben sie mir ein neues Paar zuschicken lassen. Auch vorher lief ich gerne in Brooks Running Schuhen. Und jetzt freue ich mich auf mein neues Paar! Super Service und immer freundlich und Lösungsorientiert ! Liz ist SUPER!!

I recently had a problem with my Adrenaline GTS trainers. I contacted Customer Service in relation to this. Their response was excellent - pleasant and efficient and the problem was very quickly resolved. This experience ensures I feel confident in buying Brooks trainers in the future.

Rutger from Brooks Netherlands customer service was outstanding.

He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I had an issue that left me seriously reconsidering whether I’d continue buying Brooks shoes at all.

But Rutger completely turned that around. His clear communication, patience, and commitment to resolving the problem made all the difference. He went above and beyond to sort things out quickly and made the experience smooth and stress-free.

Thanks to him, I feel confident in the brand again — and I’ll definitely be including Brooks in my next shoe rotation. Truly impressed!

J avais une paire d arcadia 18 qui au bout de 4 mois s est trouée (je pense un défaut) j' ai envoyé un mail et le jour même Cindy et Olivia m ont de suite envoyé un gentil mail pour me dire qu on allait faire un remplacement.
J ai reçu hier une paire d arcadia 19 en remplacement.je suis très satisfaite de la gentillesse et du geste commercial de Cindy et Olivia. Je recommande vivement brooks.un grand merci

I'm EUR size 45-46 I ordered 4.5 and 4.6. I kept the 46 and they fit amazingly well and feel really good.

Delivery speed 5/5 ordered on saturday and arrived on Tuesday and followed their ETA.

Great experience and shoe overall and its really comfy to run and walk in.

En 2024 j’ai couru un marathon avec des Glycerin GTS 20 sans aucune douleur. Un vrai bonheur. Cette année j’ai acheté les Glycerin GTS 22 pensant retrouver le même confort mais ça n’a pas été le cas. Après mon marathon j’ai contacté Brooks qui a su écouter et trouver une solution pour que je puisse à nouveau courir sans douleur grâce aux Adrénaline GTS 25 qui m’ont été offertes. Un grand merci à Brooks pour son professionnalisme et l’écoute de ces utilisateurs.

I had high hopes when purchasing my first pair of brooks gtx trail running shoes and they were shattered within 3 weeks and around 100/150mile the tread in places was almost gone. I did email the customer service unfortunately they couldn’t be bothered to actually answer my email. Luckily I had purchased from another supplier who had more respect for their customers. Ultimately I would never buy a brooks product again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them.

Brilliant customer service from Brooks. Bought Glycerin 22 problem with size but soon corrected. Thank you Brooks (Fatma) and the speed in which my concern was dealt with.

I have bought Brooks trainers for years but when I had a problem with one of my new trainers recently, I used the customer service online and found them to be excellent. I was immediately offered a replacement and have since received them so I am delighted and will hopefully continue to enjoy their footwear for many years to come. Customer Service answered my initial email promptly and have been in regular contact throughout the time to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Top marks to Fatma for her service.

J’ai reçu une paire de caldera 8 qui avait un défaut de fabrication. Elles se sont déchirées après 140km.
J’ai contacté le SAV qui m’a renvoyé une paire sans attendre, en une semaine c’était réglé !

Auf Brooks Schuhe ist immer Verlass. Ich trage seit mehreren Jahren unterschiedliche Modelle und bin immer mehr als zufrieden. Super Dämpfung, angenehmes Laufgefühl, bequeme Passform. Sowohl zum Laufen als auch zum Spazieren gehen immer meine erste Wahl.

I've bought Brooks shoes for many years. Top quality at a good price. The Customer Service is excellent and the phone agents have been very helpful. Most recently CAMILLA SJOEGREEN took ages with me sorting out a couple of issues. All resolved and 2 more pairs of BROOKS purchased !

I’ve used Brooks shoes for over 10 years without issue. Recently had a small issue with a new pair of shoes and it was dealt with in the most amazing efficient and politeful manner - very rare these days! Thank you
