Großartige Kundenbetreuung, sieht man heutzutage immer weniger, hervorragende Problemlösung, alles super!

Wir hatten eine Reklamation wegen eines defekten Schuhpaars für meinen Sohn. Der Kundenservice – besonders Liz – war unglaublich freundlich, geduldig und hilfsbereit.

Alles wurde Schritt für Schritt erklärt, und wir haben am Ende eine perfekte Lösung gefunden. Mein Sohn hat jetzt ein Ersatzpaar, das ihm super passt und mit dem er sehr zufrieden ist.

Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung und den wirklich menschlichen Umgang! So fühlt man sich als Kunde gut aufgehoben.

I recently purchased a pair of brooks gtx running shoes from elverys online,i always buy brooks ghost,but these were on sale for black friday,so i ordered them,started to wear them,threw the box away as i have never had a problem with sizing before.These shoes run very small and the toebox is tight,hated them very quickly.I persevered and try to break them in,but no luck.I contacted elverys and explained after two days a reply came,which said without the box we cannot do anything,it is in our ts&cs...terrible response,very unhelpul,no suggestion of getting in touch with supplier(wont buy from them again)I then contacted brooks who advised contacting elverys,i explained that i had and they were no help.They asked some questions to find out the problem and have advised i will get a new pair of the running shoes i usually wear.Amazing,i offered to pay the difference and they said that would not be necessary.What fantastic customer service.I am a brooks ghost fan and have been for years and will be forever.Go Brooks

I have run in Brooks shoes for years and have always found them to be high quality and durable. I recently purchased a pair and was disappointed to find holes appeared in the uppers after minimal use. I contacted Brooks and was impressed with their customer service - offered a replacement pair.

I spoken with somebody called Jess, who was super helpful and resolved my query.

Outstanding customer service, super-fast shipping and high quality kit. Highly recommended.

Voilà 18 ans que je cours avec des BROOKS, je n'avais jamais eu de problème avant cet été.
J'ai eu un problème sur une ghost 16 (la semelle s'est décollée très rapidement). Le SAV m'a envoyé une nouvelle paire tois jours après.

Chaussure abîmé au bout de 1 an. Le service après vente a eu la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de me renvoyer une paire neuf sans participation financière de ma part. C'est ce que j'appelle être professionnel et a l'écoute des acheteurs.

De bonnes chaussures et un service client au top : j'ai demandé des semelles intérieures qu'ils m'ont offert et envoyé sans relance : un bonheur !

The shoes are great, but the packaging might be some of the worst I've ever seen. Why is my shoebox in a box large enough for 4, with a tiny roll of air filled plastic? The shoebox had clearly moved around tons in the empty space, was open and one of the shoes loose. Not only an environmental waste but completely impractical.

I had a problem with a split in only my left Ghost shoe contacted Brooks helpline and had a reply the next day and within 4 days of back and forward emails the problem was solved,best customer support I’ve seen in a long time,would definitely recommend Brooks running shoes to anyone.Thank you.
