Absolutely first rate service
From my first initial contact with Broom and Bucket to the completion of my house deep clean , I was impressed with the speedy , friendly and professional response of Emma and Daisy . Nothing was too much trouble . I really liked that I was asked to provide photos so that the job and pricing was based on detailed and clear information .
The cleaning team , Sandra , David and Olivia , did an absolutely first rate job . They worked super hard and took care to pay attention to my priority areas . I was impressed with the level of the detail of the clean . My house absolutely sparkled after they had finished . I don’t think it has ever looked this good . The team were friendly , helpful and respectful . I felt really comfortable having them in my house and I was very happy to leave them to it .
Pricing and payment were super easy and was good value for the money .
The whole service felt personal but also highly professional and very efficient .
I have no hesitation in recommending Broom and Bucket and will be back .

Oven cleaning
We were delighted with the lady Olivia that came to clean our oven. She did an amazing job . Very hard working. Left the oven like new and even mopped the kitchen floor. I would definitely recommend this company. They also kept us informed about time of arrival.

Mollie does a great job cleaning our home, she works around what we need and is quick and thorough. The admin team are also very helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend to anyone that struggles finding the time to keep the house as clean as they’d like, it’s been a huge weight off my shoulders.

- Broom and bucket.
Juan was fantastic - thank you!
We had our first clean yesterday with Broom and Bucket and Juan was our cleaner. He arrived on time and was really professional. He talked us through exactly what he was going to clean in each room and when he was finished everything was perfect. After some bad cleaning service experiences in the past, I was a little worried but everything was seamless and we will definitely be back and recommend. Thank you!

David P and Caitlin cleaned my home on 3/7/26. They did a brilliant job;such attention to detail. They were both extremely thorough, courteous and good-humoured. They followed instructions regarding tasks diligently. Next time I book Broom and Bucket I will request that they do the work. They are impressive. Betty the whippet has 2 new friends now. Great experience with Broom and Bucket. Caitlin was quick to respond to my enquiry and helped me choose the right level of cleaning I needed. Abbi and David were both brilliant - the house is in much better shape (and Abbi was so good with our cats 🐈⬛😍). I’ve recommended Broom and Bucket to my friends and family already.

Hi Natalie, thank you so much for this review. It really means a lot to us at Broom and Bucket.
We absolutely adore pets here, so it's always a pleasure to meet our customers' furry (and sometimes not so furry) friends.
If you're recommending us to family and friends, be sure to let them know to mention you referred them, as we have a referral bonus scheme.
Well impressed and would certainly recommend.
Having had a really bad experience with a previous company, I was a little apprehensive when I booked Broom and Bucket to clean my disabled sister's house while she was in hospital, but I really didn't need to worry. Sandra turned up on time with all of her own cleaning equipment and a big smile. She was friendly, reassuring, professional, and boy, did she work hard. She cleaned a three bedroomed parlour house from top to bottom, including the windows, in four and a half hours using pure graft, and left it clean and sparkling.
Thank you Sandra, and thank you Broom & Bucket.

Extremely disappointing experience with…
Extremely disappointing experience with this company.
I booked a professional deep clean for my newly purchased property, including three bathrooms, a cloakroom, kitchen, and utility room. I was quoted £367.20 and paid a deposit in advance, expecting a thorough and professional service.
Unfortunately, the standard of work provided fell far below expectations. After the cleaning team attended, I found that significant parts of the agreed work had not been completed. The cloakroom, kitchen, and utility room were left untouched. The bathrooms that were supposed to have been deep cleaned also had visible issues, including dirt, residue, mould in areas such as shower areas and sink overflows, and what appeared to be urine residue around toilet areas.
I provided photographs showing the condition of the property after the clean. Despite being given evidence of these issues, the company did not properly address the cleaning defects. Instead, I was asked to pay the remaining balance, and I was later told there would be an additional charge of £122 for a return visit to complete the kitchen, utility room, and cloakroom — areas that were included in the original booking.
For a service advertised as a professional deep clean, I expected a much higher standard. The difference between what was booked and what was delivered was extremely disappointing. In my view, charging extra to complete areas that were part of the original service is unacceptable.
The most disappointing part was not only the quality of the cleaning, but also the way my complaint was handled. My concerns and supporting photographs were not properly reviewed, and the focus appeared to remain on payment rather than resolving the issues raised.
Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and would advise others to carefully confirm exactly what is included before booking.

Broom and Bucket Ltd からの回答
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
This booking was quoted and charged as a set amount of hours of cleaning time, split between multiple team members. We are an hourly cleaning service, not a package-based service, and this was explained at the time of booking. We estimate enough time for what is typical to deep clean a typical home but it is not a fixed guarantee that every item will be completed regardless of delays, access issues, property condition or the time required.
On the day, the first member of our team arrived within the confirmed arrival window and was ready to begin. Unfortunately, the client was not at the property when our team member arrived, which meant part of the booked cleaning time was spent waiting rather than cleaning and was ultimately just over an hour late for the designated start time. The clean was then delayed further because the client did not want us to use our own cloths and chose to leave the property to purchase alternative cloths and sponges while our team continued to wait outside of the home on their instruction. Full access was not provided until after the client returned with those items.
For clarity, our team arrived on time with prepared with professional products, equipment and freshly cleaned microfibre cloths. Microfibre cloths are specifically designed to be reusable and are washed and sanitised between clients. This is standard practice in professional cleaning.
It is also worth noting that the property had ongoing works taking place, which had not been made clear to us before arrival and was not shown in our initial photo and video assessment of the home. This can affect both the time required and the final finish of a deep clean, especially where dust, residue or build-up is still being created. On the day, the client was complimentary about the work completed and was made aware well before the end of the appointment that additional time would be needed to continue with the remaining areas.
These delays and site conditions reduced the amount of cleaning time available before the team’s next scheduled appointments. The team completed as much as possible within the time available.
We understand the client remains unhappy, but in this case the booked time was used, and due to the delays additional time was needed. This was all explained in real time on the day. We will take the feedback on board and continue improving how we communicate expectations around hourly deep cleaning bookings.
Excellent customer centred service
The whole process of arranging the clean was really straightforward and Daisy & Caitlin were both really helpful and keen to get feedback. Bex did a fantastic job of cleaning and the team had shared with her things I’d mentioned I wanted cleaning specifically.
