Broom and Bucket Ltd レビュー

Had a fantastic experience with Hollie and Bex. The end of tenancy cleaning was really thorough and they did a great job for which am very grateful. I was also grateful the team fitted in an earlier date too and they were responsive by WhatsApp at all times.
The only reason why I knocked off a star is I got a phone call saying extra time needs to be added to finish the job or if not, then a prioritise cleaning in the already paid time. That was annoying given I had sent a video of what needed to be done but the team member did point out it was in the t&c extra time may be needed. But what was more annoying was when I asked for the full job to be done, the company tried to charge me for an extra 1 hour. I pointed out that one of the team members had arrived a bit late, she checked the records and realised I would only need to be charged 30 mins extra. Mistakes do happen I guess but just make sure you check too. She was polite though and as I was very happy with the end result, in the grand scheme it was a good experience still.

From start to finish the process was amazing! I booked an everyday clean as a gift for my nans birthday and the team were very understanding and made sure all my requests were noted when booking. It was quick and easy to book it in and I was advised on exactly what would be involved. Michele was the cleaner and she did the best job, the whole house was sparkling and my nan was so happy. She was so kind and lovely throughout the clean, can’t recommend her and broom and bucket enough, excited to book in again!

Excellent friendly professional service. Excellent communication.

AMAZING CLEAN FROM JUAN! Wow what a cleaner he is. So happy with my clean and he is also very professional. Such a nice man, Broom and Bucket Ltd you have an amazing team member. I will have a clean every week from you! Again Juan thank you and take care. Hope to see you soon! Keighley x

My sister and I bought a gift voucher for my mum from Broom and Bucket for Mother’s Day. Holly and Bex came and did the deep clean and Mum was really impressed at how professional and friendly they both were. The clean was faultless and we are delighted with the results. We will definitely use the company again in the future. Thank you Holly and Bex!

Broom and Bucket did a deep clean at my mum's house. Booking was really easy and the clean itself was excellent. The house looks completely different, the team - Holly and Bex - we're both friendly, hardworking and thorough. The communication on the day was really well organised. The service is exactly what we were looking for and really well priced.

Always have a great experience. Cleaner was very good, efficient and friendly. Would recommend

Jess was fab, thank you! She did a great job, was lovely and very thorough.

I had a deep clean done by Abbie and Juan. They did such a fantastic job with it, they were lovely and professional. Thank you again so much, definitely booking in again. I would highly recommend booking in with Broom and Bucket.

We had our house deep cleaned a couple of years ago and, due to health problems, decided to have Boom and Bucket on a regular basis. Today (and last visit) we had Thomas clean for us. We are so pleased with what Thomas has done, the house is so clean and smells so good. He is well worth every penny. Thank you Broom and Bucket.

It was so easy to book this end of tenacy deep clean. Daisy and Caitlin kept us up to date with what was happening and what would be included - really lovely and informative chats, and so kind. The clean was booked and they arrived as expected at 9am. Thomas and Jess did an amazing job, the flat looks brand new. I don't know how they got the oven (among many other things) so clean and sparkly. They very kindly also took down the light shades we had forgotten about. No mean feat considering the height of the ceilings. Great price and great responsive service - can't fault them. I'm very confident we'll get the rental deposit back. Very happy, and will definately use again. UPDATE - Deposit returned in full 😊

Broom and bucket run a flawless service. Response time was quick and helpful, responding to all my questions. They worked hard to fit me in in a reasonable time and delivered a very high standard of service. Thomas and Sandra arrived within the given time frame and were lovely and friendly. Our kitten was not a problem for the team and specific requests are aimed to be accommodated. Our home looks and feels sparkling, a weight off for sure! I am very happy with their work and would 100% recommend. We had a one off deep clean with an oven clean and cannot fault the work. Thank you so much! I will definitely keep broom and bucket in mind for any future needs.

Holly our cleaner has been brilliant can’t thankyou enough for a super clean.

This is the best cleaning service in Liverpool! I have only had the best experience from the office staff organising the cleans to the cleaners who come to my house. They are hardworking and trustworthy workers!

We absolutely love this company. Professionalism and quality is top notch. Thomas has done a fantastic job. we hardly recognise the house - it’s cleaner than it has ever been. Thanks so much Danielle, Thomas and the rest of the B&B Team xx

Had a regular General Clean the other day from this great company. They never disappoint. Been using them since August 2025.
I find them to be very professional and friendly.
The ladies in the office like Danielle and Julie are all super efficient but are also very human and happy to share a joke or two.
My regular cleaner, Kaitlyn, is always on time and takes her work very seriously. She often will add extra little cleaning touches that totally compliment the work in general. She is brilliant! The place is practically shining after she has finished.
I will happily continue to hire Broom & Bucket in future and wholeheartedly recommend their fab, sparkly, warm and friendly service, especially Kaitlyn. 10 out of 10.
