First time ever using a cleaning company and I was so nervous about my house being judged. Thomas was so lovely and did a fantastic job cleaning my house. Even little details like washing the chandeliers in the sink which has never been done before! My house was spotless never seen it so clean I will be booking in again soon.

Thank you so much for sharing this, it honestly means the world. We know how nerve-wracking it can feel letting someone into your home for the first time, so hearing that Thomas helped put you at ease is just lovely. He takes such pride in those little finishing touches, so the chandelier bath made us smile. Your kind words will absolutely make his day. We are so glad you felt cared for and that your home felt sparkling. We would love to welcome you back again whenever you are ready.
5 star!!
Nikki was beyond exceptional today, it was a very last minute request for two houses and she arrived within half an hour, the service was faultless. I certainly would recommend 5⭐️ thank you

Thank you Antonie, what a gorgeous review. Nikki is one of those people who seems to have a hidden superpower for appearing just when she is needed. Two houses at short notice is no small ask, so hearing that she made it look effortless is wonderful. She will be over the moon to know her hard work and calm approach made such a difference for you. Thank you for trusting us and for the lovely recommendation.

First time with a cleaning service and fully recommend them!
I've never had someone come in and clean for me before, but after a rough few months I definitely needed the help. So I wasn't totally sure what to expect. Broom and Bucket were lovely from start to finish. The team communicated brilliantly in arranging the appointment and were clear with expectations from photos I sent over. I cannot say enough lovely things about Daisy and Caitlin. They braved my incredibly dusty house and never once made me feel uncomfortable for the state it was in. They were both super lovely and cracked on with the job. I've spent the evening wandering my house and just being a little in awe of how clean it is. Especially with how dusty and grimey it was when they arrived and the time they had! I will definitely use broom and bucket again in the future (before my house gets as bad as this time!).

Lifesavers! 🧹 🫧
Everything about Broom and Bucket is beyond expectations. From the staff that booked in my clean, talking me through what will happen step by step, speaking to them is so easy and they’re always quick to reply as well. As for the cleaning? Debbie was a woman on a mission. Not only was Debbie unstoppable with cleaning, she was kind, she was empathetic, she was so lovely at a time when I really needed support. She was so helpful and overall… I’m genuinely speechless. I really am. I actually called the company crying on the phone to thank them and let them know how thankful I was. Debbie left me a list of everything she did, she left me biscuits and she left me feeling a hell of a lot lighter. Her kindness means the world to me, her cleaning has made things easier to manage and when I say the place was left spotless… I mean it. I cannot thank this company or Debbie enough 💕💕💕

Hi Emma, thank you so much for this review. You had us all tearing up in the office… we were definitely not emotionally prepared for that on a routine afternoon. Debbie was absolutely beaming when we showed it to her and the rest of the team haven’t stopped talking about how lovely your words were.
We are really glad she could be there for you. A clean space can make such a difference when life feels heavy, and knowing the team helped lift even a little of that weight means the world to us. Debbie has a real gift for pairing elbow grease with kindness.
If you ever need us again, whether it is for another clean or just to sprinkle a bit more emotional support and organising magic, we have got you 💕
Thank you again for trusting us with your home and for sharing such a beautiful message. We appreciate you more than you know.

Lucy and Thomas were the absolute dream team for our start of tenancy deep clean. They had a tough task on their hands but made everything absolutely sparkling clean! They were both so lovely and friendly and we felt in complete safe hands from the very beginning.
The quotation and booking process with Caitlin and Gem was really easy and smooth and the communication from everyone throughout was really clear. We’d definitely ask for Thomas and Lucy again! Thank you!
