Simmons & Son provided clear and professional advice from day one, and were very proactive in our sale. After struggling to gain traction with another estate agent, the team helped us to gain interest reasonably quickly. Sarah, in particular, also helped us to navigate what turned out to be a very stressful sale. Sarah promptly answered our queries and remained persistent with both our solicitors and buyers to help us reach completion. I’d recommend the team to anyone looking to sell!

decided to invite B Simmons to come and value my home as they are not a big chain of estate agents that are all over the country and I do believe in using local businesses, Amy came out first and was very knowledgeable about the area and really put us at ease, she went through each stage that would happen and was very patient with all our questions and concerns.
When the viewing was being arranged we were kept updated at all times with days and times and then also feedback, the app that B Simmons use is also very helpful with all the information especially with how your sale is going with all the stages.
Sarah then took over with the progression of our sale and would keep in touch with any updates and be there to help with any concerns or queries we had.
We were very happy with all the help and guidance that the whole team at B Simmons gave us, we do feel that they did go that extra mile to help. We would definitely recommend them, they are all so caring and helpful with anything that you need, thank you all so much.

We haven’t lived in Slough for 35 plus years so when sadly we had to sell a relative's property, we had to pluck three estate agents out of the hat. Following the valuations, luckily we plumped for Sarah and her team at Simmonds! Not only did they offer the highest valuation, our relatives who met Amal said she was the most professional and easy to talk to of all the agents they spoke to. We had several telephone conversations before we signed with Simmonds and from then on in we felt in safe hands. Sarah was always contactable and kept us up to date at every step. Despite the creaky sales market and probate issues making it a long process, It has been the most straightforward sale we have ever experienced.
