B Simmons were efficient from the start, with viewings and feedback. I chose them because they are an independent business with long history and based in Slough, local to the house I was selling. Sarah and Amy were mainly dealing with my house sale and were very pro-active and communicative. They understood my requirements to complete and were very helpful; finally with their contact to my solicitor to elevate a simple query which had become a 'stalling point' and I thought we might lose the sale. Thanks to Sarah's intervention we completed successfully and on the scheduled day.

Gina Dale of B Simmons and Son has been managing my properties for several years in a highly professional manner and would recommend to any future interested party.

I dealt with Sarah Campbell who was super helpful. She kept me up to date at all times and helped with advice as I was new to selling a property.
My solicitor has been extremely unhelpful with delayed responses and missing information however Sarah has made up for it and I would recommend her to anyone selling their property in the Slough area.

Gina Dale was really good, very professional, looks after the needs of the landlord. Always returns the calls and helpful in her advice and recommendations. Absolute credit to B Simmons and Son and one if the reasons to use the company as a letting agent. I would always recommend her. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
