I strongly advise against using…
I strongly advise against using BudgetAir.lv, save yourself the frustration and just use Booking.com instead. I purchased flight tickets through their platform and simply needed a standard invoice for my transaction. Unbelievably, they were completely incapable of providing one.
When I tried to resolve this incredibly basic issue, I discovered that their customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered. They show absolutely zero respect for their customers. The support team was completely unhelpful, unresponsive, and failed to offer any sort of viable solution. It is utterly unacceptable for a travel agency in this day and age to fail at issuing basic billing documents and to treat people with such blatant disregard.
Do not waste your time, money, or nerves with this company. Stick to reliable platforms like Booking if you want actual customer support, professionalism, and proper documentation for your travels. Avoid BudgetAir.lv at all costs!

Scammers
I have booked and payed the tickets, next day I have received tickets by email, and then suddenly after 4 days I have recived email that my tickest have been canceled due the airline change in flight code, eventhou the flights was not canceled by airline and same tickets was available on the airline web site. I have purchased new tickest on the airline site, beacuse It is a buisness trip which I have to attend, and now I have to wait for the budget air to refund me paymnt for original tickets for 6-8 weeks (if they even refund me). This is a very bad agency and I will definitly never again consider to make any purchase with them again

We are truly sorry to hear about the cancellation of your flight tickets and the inconvenience this has caused, especially for a business trip. When an airline updates flight details or changes a flight code, it can sometimes result in the schedule no longer being available through our system. In this instance, the airline cancelled the original booking schedule. Following confirmation to proceed with the cancellation, a full refund was processed right away for the booking. While processing times depend on the bank, the funds are safely on their way back to the original payment method.

Avoid BudgetAir
Avoid BudgetAir! I've purchased tickets that already had seat selection included in the price (Emirates) - but BudgetAir advertised it as I need to purchase that from them. I did it and ended not having seats purchased and selected different ones through checkin via included ones in the price. When requesting to refund the cost of services not provided - they refused and you cannot dispute it as payment overview does not show initially purchased seats.
