Really great experience! Got my tickets in less than 24h after the purchase.
Luckily everything was smooth with the flight, so I didn’t need to contact the agency :)

You sold me tickets to Chile even…
You sold me tickets to Chile even though my Passport was not valid at least 6 months at the time of departure. I lost about 1400€ flights because I couldn’t fly to Chile. I tried calling your customer service, but service was not available and you only gave message about calling at office hours, but no information when your office hours are. Really disappointed and this a serious matter as I bought so expensive flight tickets via you.

Death waiver pending for over 3 weeks
Death waiver pending for over 3 weeks – no decision
I am extremely disappointed with the way BudgetAir is handling my cancellation request following deaths in my immediate family.
I submitted all requested documents, including death certificates and proof of family relationship. BudgetAir confirmed in writing that my death waiver/refund request was submitted to the airline on 18 August 2026.
It is now 9 September, more than three weeks later, and I still have no decision.
I have followed up repeatedly. I was initially told to wait 24–96 hours. That timeframe passed. On 4 September, BudgetAir told me they had contacted the airline again requesting an “expedited review and an immediate update.” I am still waiting.
I have repeatedly explained that I am NOT asking when the refund money will reach my account. I simply need a decision on the death waiver: approved or rejected.
The flights are scheduled for this month. Dealing with deaths in the family is already extremely difficult, and having to continuously chase BudgetAir for weeks without receiving a concrete answer has caused unnecessary additional stress.
I am asking BudgetAir to please take ownership of this case, contact the airline directly and provide me with an actual decision instead of repeatedly asking me to wait.
