Flight updates depend heavily on real-time notifications from the airline, and last-minute schedule changes are sometimes not passed along to us in time to issue an alert. While ground handling and baggage delivery are managed directly by the airline operational teams, having to arrange a paid taxi for luggage retrieval is far from ideal.

وبعد الدفع بساعتين ارجعو لي ثمن الشنطة من الرحلة الثانية وابقو على الاولى راسلتهم فقالو لي ادهب الى الموقع شركة الطيران وأشتري منهم فلما دخلت موقع الشركة تفاجئت بسعر الشنطة وكانت 160$ اذا كنتم لاتستطيعون ان تحجزوا الشنطتين فلماذا توفرها في الموقع لماذا لم ترجعو قمن الشنطتين لاني لم استفد منها هذا واكون قد خسرت 30$ لاني لم اخذ اي شنطة بسبب ارتفاع سعرها من الموقع

The airline system did not allow the purchase of checked baggage for the return flight segment. Because of this technical restriction, a prompt refund for that unused baggage portion was processed, and an update was sent well before the travel date so alternative plans could be made.

When the requested seats became unavailable on the airline seat map, the full seat amount was refunded back to the payment account, and an email update was sent out well before the departure date. To review the account details together and make sure everything is completely clear, please reach out to us with the booking reference number.
