Cheap flight - less info
Cheap flight, but:
1) Payment was not successful so i had to fill the datas again, the page was unable to save.
2) There was no reason why it was refused 3 times (just "payment not succcessful")

Köszönjük, hogy megosztotta az értékelést. Egy utazás lemondása vízumproblémák miatt feszültséggel teli helyzet, és a leírt végeredmény valóban kiábrándító.
A légitársaságok – mint például a Wizz Air – által meghatározott nem visszatéríthető jegyekre vonatkozó szabályok gyakran korlátozzák a visszatérítési lehetőségeket önkéntes lemondás esetén, még akkor is, ha az hónapokkal korábban történik. Ugyanakkor, ha kötött utasbiztosítást, a foglalás részleteitől függően az utasbiztosítási fedezet ellenőrzése még opciót jelenthet.
Hamarosan küldünk Önnek egy külön e-mailt, amelyben megvizsgáljuk a részleteket.

I booked three tickets through…
I booked three tickets through BudgetAir for a flight from Bucharest to Liverpool. When it was time to check in, I received the check-in code for only one of the three tickets. I had to contact BudgetAir through their online chat and explain the issue myself.
This was quite stressful and inconvenient, especially when travelling with three passengers. I expected the booking and check-in process to be straightforward, but unfortunately, it was not. I hope BudgetAir improves its communication and check-in process to avoid similar situations for other customers.

When bookings involve specific airline configurations, separate airline booking references (PNRs) are generated for individual passengers. For your reservation, three distinct PNRs were issued, and each passenger was assigned their respective code, as listed in the e-ticket document sent after booking.

It was not possible to buy checked…
It was not possible to buy checked baggage when I purchaise the ticket and it is a big problem as I had to buy it at the airport for 100 eur

Because the airline's system did not support adding extra bags through our portal after booking, purchasing luggage directly at the airport check-in desk became the only available path.
