Build Greener LTD レビュー

I have placed an order online. Ten days still waiting for my delivery to come. Not given any explanation so far. Disappointed

Very good tools and good service. I am very happy

Good product, good delivery, good service.

Service from Build Greenr was great , the ordering process , communication about the order was excellent ,However I didn't give them a 5 star because they have been let down by their delivery company
I ordered 2 paint pots ..which were wrapped up with Fragile tape all over it , but the box that was left on the doorstep was so bashed up the the 2 pots in the box were dented but luckily not damaged enough for the paint to leak out

Great service,

Easy to navigate website with a fantastic range. Good value for money, regular delivery updates and delivered by friendly and very helpful driver - brilliant service all round.

Terrible experience – avoid if you value your time and money

The website promised delivery within 1–3 days – my order took 6 days with no update or notification. Items were missing from the delivery, which the driver himself confirmed in writing, yet customer service kept asking if we were sure anything was missing.

To make things worse, the order was split into 3 separate deliveries without informing us, and we were just expected to figure it out ourselves. There is no phone number to call, and responses via email take several days, making it almost impossible to resolve anything in a timely manner.

Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout. Overall, a completely unreliable and frustrating experience. Would not recommend at all.

No fuss and strate forward

Quick response to my order. Saws as described.

Very good service

Great service
And quick
Good price

Difficult to get on the description of the plastering trowels the page kept being covered by the special offer page

Sent an email offering 10% 1st order discount which made the cost better than competitors but when at checkout to apply code refused to accept on products in basket. No limitation on discount on email, misleading and coercive. Offered 1 to 3 day delivery when purchasing, once order taken, 3 to 5 day delivery, again misleading.

Good customer service with great advice.

Good products and competitive prices

Still hasn’t arrived but it looks good quality and a reasonable price.

Although my order was in 2parts,they both arrived within1 hour of each other .

Tank you 5* product

Ordered some insulation for my shed what a brilliant company I had to look twice at the price so ordered 5 sheets and they were delivered in two days I would highly recommend and I will be ordering more items
Thank you
