All phone calls answered in a minimum amount of time, staff extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and know what they are talking about. The surveyor who came to my site was extremely pleasant and understood exactly what the builders were doing. Can not speak highly enough about Building consents ltd.

It wasn't good experience
It wasn't good experience. Very poor customer service. No query was resolved at frist attempt. I had to phone again and again.
i phoned about 4 time to get final certificate. Inspector was not helpful at all. He never replied to phone calls, voice messages and WhatsApp messages. it wasn't worth to pay extra money to get private Inspectors. My advice is to hire council Inspectors.

Sorry to hear this but not unexpected. We could not issue the certificate because your agent had not supplied all the details. I'm baffled by the WhatsApp allegation as we don't use it. We agree you should use the Local Council in future.

We can't find any evidence of us not carrying out an efficient service on the project which is now complete. Happy to discuss further if you feel we have been unsatisfactory.
Not great
Keep canceling appointments or tried to see the job from photos. They suppose to come to the project’s site 4 or 5 times but that is not happened.
