Rise strung me along on order for product they could not ship
1) Ordered a product online.
2) 2 business days later, I received a message that it was not in stock, but was in stock in another color.
3) I responded the same day, requesting the available color.
4) Three business days later, I had received no response to my email, and the order status was shown as pending.
5) Emailed requesting order status, no reply.
6) Two business days later, emailed again to request order status.
7) Two business days later, I received an email stating Rise was checking with their distributor.
8) Two business days later, no additional information was provided.
9) I’m now attempting to cancel the order.
