I ordered a Jacksonville Jaguars LEGO-style helmet from this seller. When the item arrived, it was missing the yellow pieces required to complete the build. I contacted customer support, and they informed me they could not send a replacement set or even the missing pieces.

I then requested a full refund, but was told they could only offer a 20% refund because, in their words, “it’s not a quality issue.” This is extremely frustrating—missing required pieces is absolutely a quality issue, as the product cannot be completed as advertised.

Additionally, the front sticker is incorrect and reads “Jacs” instead of “Jags” or “Jax,” which further reflects poor quality control.
