Bulk Devices レビュー

I delt with them and they provided excellent service and care especially Anna who was very professional in her support. I will not hesitate to deal with them in the future.

First time I had purchased SFP with Bulk Devices and
I am very happy with the support for the prices and delivery provided by Ms. Jennifer at Bulk Devices.
It is really excellent.

Ordered refurbished hard drive on Saturday and received it on the Tuesday morning. Excellent communication.

Anna was really helpful and was made sure I made the right purchase and even followed up with a call after to see if everything was okay.

I was looking for some mother boards and came across Bulk devices, Immediately I was helped by Sarah and she has helped me all the way with all my problems and questions and is still helping me with orders. She is really motivated in her work, and gives the company a good name.

Received order quickly and received a follow up to ensure I was happy with the product. Great service!

Brilliant company! We ordered an item from this company, and everyone involved made it a smooth process. Would 100% recommend and will be using Bulk Devices again.

Extremely efficient service, very quick on the online chat, established that the PSU I needed was a perfect replacement, arrived early next day with tracking, I Installed and got working again 24 hours from finding the problem, and the price was great too, even sent it free postage! cant say fairer than that, A1 Service.

Great support from Anna Jones and the team - they were able to source me a compatible replacement PSU at short notice and I received it the following day. Will definitely use again when I need replacement parts.

Well today I had the pleasure of Dealing with Bulk Devices and shared an online chat with Sarah.

We we're really struggling to get all our orders complete before Christmas, as one of PC power supplies had failed.

Sarah was so helpful in understanding the urgency and went above and beyond to ensure she got us a replacement on a next day delivery.

I can't thank here enough.

I would highly recommend this company and defiantly will be using them in the future

Quick delivery with a follow up call and mail to make sure everything had arrived without issue.

Excellent service. PS for important server went down and Jennifer was able to locate replacement PS and have it delivered first thing the following morning. Server service resumed.

I've been dealing with Sarah for the past year and I believe that I've seen more valued customer service in that year than I have in the past 20 years.
Sarah is both persistent, but yet sincere!
Well done and keep up the great work!

We needed to source some "hard to find" components. Jennifer at Bulk Devices was most helpful in tracking these parts down for us and getting them at the right price and with prompt delivery. We now have all the parts and we have a happy Customer! Jennifer also took the time to check the parts had all arrived safely and in good condition. Excellent service all round!

it is the first time dealing with bulk devices ,and i need to appreciate the efforts of Sarah Jones to close this dear and make the delivery smoothly as requested .

Great service from Jennifer at BulkDevices. I have been looking for a couples of motherboards and processors to repair a customer’s laptop. And l came across BulkDevices during my search, and I sent a message with the part details of the items l wanted. Within 30mins Jennifer responded. That prompt response lead to a great service and the items were dispatched. And for me that equals to a great service. Jennifer l want to say thank you for taking pride in your work and for the great service l received. Very much appreciated.

Very good and helpful service, especially the sales rep Max i was dealing with, help me find what I needed.

Would recommend this company to anybody :-)

I needed a power supply for an antique computer. Sarah at Bulk Devices spent a great deal of time tracking down a refurbished alternative for me. And despite that, when I ended up not going for it, she most graciously did not complain! Much appreciated.

Bulk Devices were able to provide us with a re-furbished power supply for a Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC), at short notice and at a very competitive price. I would specifically like to mention Anna, from Customer Service, who was extremely helpful and kept us up to date on the progress of our order. I would have no hesitation in ordering supplies from Bulk Devices in the future.
