Bulk Devices レビュー

Needed a slightly strange drive for a server - Bulk Devices had it in stock, and at a great price AND had a real person to talk to. I'll be back.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with your company, specifically regarding the exceptional service provided by one of your employees, Jennifer Smith.

From the very beginning, I was impressed by Jennifer's professionalism and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. Her responses were always prompt and informative, addressing all of my inquiries with accuracy and precision. I greatly appreciated her kind and responsible approach throughout our interactions.

While I have nothing but praise for Jennifer and the overall service provided by your company, I must mention one minor aspect that prevented me from giving a full five-star rating. In comparison to other companies, I found the pricing to be slightly higher. However, I want to emphasize that despite this, I wholeheartedly believe in the reliability and trustworthiness of your services.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the level of service I received and would highly recommend Bulk Devices to others seeking a reliable and professional solution. With employees like Jennifer, I have no doubt that your company will continue to thrive and deliver exceptional results.

Great comms and very easy purchasing process. Fast delivery. Sarah dealt with my order very efficiently.
Would highly recommend!

Prompt and helpful service from Max, HP drives at a great price.

Max was very helpful and followed up throughout

communicated with agent Lisa Taylor who found a better product for me at a good price, presented multiple options. Technical advice was excellent which helped decide on final configuration and get the deal over the line. Before I joined the called was little skeptical i'd fine the right product - well done Lisa!

I needed a hard drive for a VERY old computer and I found it with Bulk Devices. Excellent service and quick delivery. It's a pitty though that the UK left the EU because it requires more paperwork and increases the cost for all. Thank you for your follow-up Jennifer Smith !

Always very good and fast service, especially from Jennifer

Ordered an ADF assembly for my personal MFP, which out of sales for quite a while. Though the initial order was quickly submitted and paid online, the part was not available in the UK.

Anna Jones was really helpful finding the part worldwide and was so kind updating me regularly on the progress. I've received the part today after about two weeks of waiting, which is totally ok considering alternatives either buying a new MFP or not being able to scan at all.

Lisa was very helpful via chat and answered all my questions. We got some hard drives we needed the next day, from order to delivery in less than 12 hours! Thank you

Really quick turnaround on my recent orders, units fairly priced and in the described condition, would use again!

We had a requirement for a piece of hardware that was required urgently. Sarah Jones helped me get this in the short time frame we had to work within, as well as a great price. Exceptional service which is not that common these days. As soon as we need more equipment for our customers or ourselves I will come straight back without question.

Both Lisa and Sarah were very helpful in getting exactly what I needed and not necessarily what I asked for, They ensured I bought equipment and cards that went with the hardware I already had.

Highly recommend the team.

Thank you all for your help

I ordered a replacement power supply and it arrived the next day, far quicker than i expected. Very happy with the service i received, Jennifer was especially helpful.

Jennifer Smith was very patient with all my questions and helpful in resolving my problem which required a replacement motherboard. The price seemed reasonable too. The only reason I have rated 4 stars and not 5 is that the delivery was a little slower than I would have liked

Avoid at all cost, this company took an order from me for a PC power supply, it was advertised as being in stock available for next day delivery, when it failed to arrive I contacted them for a update and made them aware the power supply was urgently required for a business computer, what followed was nothing short of disgraceful, they claimed it was being dispatched from their overseas distribution center, when in truth they were trying to source the power supply to fulfill the order which they failed to do, don't believe their in stock claims and claims of overseas distribution Wearhouse, this company cost me a fortune in loss of production, disgraceful shambolic business practice.

Excellent service by Lisa
Taylor

On two separate occasions I've come across this company when searching for replacement obsolete tech. I was wary the first time, thought it was too good to be true but on both occasions they've sourced stock from the US, at very reasonable prices and very fast. Throughout the process they stay in communication and then provide VAT invoices so it's an all round great service.

Clear and helpful interaction with staff (Sarah Jones) over chatline. I was confident I was ordering the component board that we needed after reviewing the necessary specs and images of the board with her assistance.

We reached out to Bulk Devices for some obsolete Power Supplies and Jennifer Smith helped us expedite some components.

Jennifer ensured the parts supplied were exactly what we needed and ensured they arrived far quicker than expected.

Very happy to have found them. will use them again
