I wanted some disk for our server system which is a bit old and the disks are no longer available new. I found the refurbished disks on Bulk Devices online . however I called them to make sure they were the ones I need and they were very helpful and answered all my questions. I ordered them at a very good price and they also gave me a one years warrantee on all the disc's. they arrived two days after I ordered them and I installed the first one and all working ok, great service

After Amazon sent me an incorrect drive (the listing showed one part number, they shipped another) in the most appalling packaging I've seen for something as delicate as a hard drive (the drive was in a single layer bubble wrap pouch, and then put inside a paper shipping bag!), I returned the drive and went looking for an alternative supplier.

I came across Bulk Devices when searching for the part number on Google, and based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews I placed my order ... and I haven't been disappointed!

I had some questions immediately after placing the order as I noticed the hard drive was listed as refurbished, but my fears were put to rest after live chatting with Lisa Taylor from the Bulk Devices team, who answered my enquiry immediately.

I was contacted the following day by Sarah Jones who took personal responsibility for my order, and she was even able to upgrade my shipping for free so the order would arrive on Saturday instead of Monday!

The drive was in immaculate condition and is working perfectly.

ordered a replacement power supply for a very old HP Pavillion desktop computer (from 2004!). Replacement was neatly packaged and easy to install. The desktop now purrs like a kitten! Great job, highly recommend them. They were to the point, asked the right questions and delivered goods in excellent quality.

I needed to source replacement HDDs for a c.2009 Dell server running RAID 1. The team was very helpful and sent me two reconditioned drives. We hit a snag and I had to return them but they found me replacements, no questions asked. Throughout the entire process they were very professional and patient, and I must commend Sarah Jones in particular for helping me through the process.
