Good quick service. Lisa was very helpful

Great service especially from Sarah Jones. Will use again when we need something.

Our oganisation currently support some legacy Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) Alpha hardware at one of our UK sites.

Our Alpha hardware failed twice this year and Bulk Devices were able to source replacement (refurbished) hardware on both occasions, at reasonable prices and with speedy deliveries.

The overall service provided was excellent with good communication from the start to post-delivery follow up calls and emails.

This is a professional organisation who were able to source and deliver urgent hardware.

I would not hesitate to use this organisation again.

I've always found Bulk Devices a fantastic source for computer parts, the digital equivalent of the hardware store that every town and vilage used to have. This time sourcing an obsolete RAID controler battery, and Sarah Jones a star when it comes to customer service.

Great Experience, dealt with Lisa Taylor, advised her what I needed she quickly sent me a link to the products, quick order and delivery. Quick in replying to emails and very helpful. Definitely will use them again.

Lisa Taylor was very helpful with discounts, and also getting me information for my orders. Everything went very smoothly.

Easy ordering system but I made a mistake which was quickly rectified by BulkDevices. Max was excellent to deal with and made sure my order was delivered in full and on time.

I found Bulk Devices when I was looking for a additional monitor to match my existing one. I spoke with Sarah Jones and she was very helpful in finding the exact monitor in A condition.
The "new" monitor arrived a couple of days later and I'm delighted with it. I would recommend Bulk Devices to anyone looking for good IT equipment at sensible prices.

I needed a power supply unit for an older desk-top computer and contacted Bulk Devices for help. A member of staff namely Sarah Jones was at hand to help locate the one unit that was in the USA.
Sarah arranged to have the unit shipped to the UK and the PSU arrived securely packed and when I checked unit the voltages were all within range, good as new.

Without the help of Sarah Jones at Bulk Devices I would not have found a working PSU for my computer. Sarah was super efficient in her job and I truly appreciate her effort on my behalf.

I needed some memory parts which were difficult to source.
Lisa Taylor found them, verified they were suitable and then Max Clark too over to complete the deal. Rare to find such excellent service.

Very quick and easy service with excellent customer service from Max. Item was exactly as described and arrived well packaged. I have installed my replacement processor and everything works well.
