Exceptional customer service. Whilst buying SSDs for our manufacturing company, Lisa Taylor was extremely patient, hardworking, helpful and kind. She made such an impression on me that when another supplier let me down I sought her out straight away. Lisa went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed to commit to purchase the goods including additional VAT invoices, tracking numbers and discounts. The order arrived 24 hours later.

Please give this lady a raise, I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Bulk devices offered a far better price than anywhere else I looed for some older model Cisco IP phones. The condition is excellent and the service and assurances from the sales rep Sarah Jones was excellent too. I'll certainly be in touch the next time I have a requirement.
