Great customer service bought the zero 2 was lucky on delivery the guy took it round the back to my garage.
Been using the zero 2 now for two weeks and really impressed with the quality of it.
Very heavy when installing definitely need two to three people to install.
Improved my overall fitness and training.

Delivered within a week . I got a standalone pull up tower and some gym rings . Suprised at the quality and height of the pull up tower for the price was worried as it was cheapish it would show but it's very solid ,good quality.. I'm 6ft and over 220 pounds and it doesn't move or rattle. Defo does what it says on the tin

Waiting on a reply from them still about a faulty part of the item. Email response time is shocking.

Took 11 days to arrive despite paying top £ for delivery that stated 3-5 days. Missed a birthday and ended getting another product. What also grates me was I had to pay delivery to send it back for a refund. Absolute rubbish service - no explanation and likely that it was just an AI bot responding.

Needed a backpack for gym that would have enough space to carry gym gear as well as laptop etc for work. Quick delivery and bag has not disappointed and so far build quality seems to be great. Plenty of room and extra pockets for the laptop as well wallet, badge, headphones etc. Absolutely recommend.

Delivery was a few days slower than stated but putting that aside the bench is great. Its well built came prebuilt and solid but light enough to move about. It's almost as good as the gym ones but not as heavy. Really impressed

Rubbish delivery. Ordered an item over an ago and still not received. The tracker doesn’t even have an estimate delivery time. Shocking service given that shipping costs are not cheap. The comms were awful too. Read like an AI response with another link to the courier tracker site. Shocking service given the cost. I expected better from them

Long shipping times, uninterested customer service staff who seemed unwilling to engage and help give a clear update on delivery dates.
