My order never arrived. Despite various emails with your customer services. It was to be delivered Tuesday29th july. I got an email to say , they attempted delivery but nobody was in. I was here all day waiting and no card left. Your company arranged to redeliver today
Friday 1st August. Again I've waited all day and again no delivery . I'm very angry, this was a birthday present for
today. I've had no contact from your company and have no idea where my
order is. It's a disgrace and I am appalled at how I've been treated.

This is my first time ordering off bulldoggear; I was diligent checking my measurements and doubled checked by asking their customer support as to the suitability of the things I was buying. It took me a while to notice but the 15KG bumper plates I ordered (they come as a pair) are a mismatch. One plate is the expected 61mm thickness and the other is about 49mm. Given the weight it's not something I can easily return. Also, I checked the screengrabs I took off of my browser when making the purchas and can say with certainty that the mistake was not on my part. TBF both plates weigh the expected 15KG so I'll have to live with the thickness difference.

Inadequate packaging, items arrived hanging out of box and damaged, also missing parts. As mentioned in other reviews, fitting instructions are also incorrect, if you drill 14mm holes the fixings will be loose

The competition kettlebells are superb. All the same size but different weights. Excellent for me as I have big hands and sometimes smaller kettlebells prove no good for me. Really happy with the product and glad they are super sized.

The kit. Bloody heavy! They did warn me but me being me I would work out a way to get it up three flights of stairs… NOPE! They were right. Bloody heavy! Still we went to the moon so with a little bit of thought I was able to partially dismantle. Remove the weights and get it up the stairs and installed in double quick time. Win! I do own a gym but I wanted this slim line cable machine right next to my bed. And for me it already proving to be a game changer. Very happy I treated myself to this well made bit of kit. Because I’m with it… x

Order was delivered late. More like 8 working days.
Folding rack had no assembly instructions. Should gave been an easy quick issue to fix. Emailed to find out if you could send a copy. Called the phone number and waited over 45 mins before I gave up. Left a message, no return of call. Your customer services is shocking! Still no reply to my email BTW. 3 days and counting. If you are buying ftom bulldog you really are taking a massive risk. If there's an issue with it then you you're stuffed.

I’m sad to leave this review. I have been patient but after 5 emails and still no reply, the customer service has just not managed my expectations.

As a company who sell high end products, customer service should most definitely match this.

I am still constantly getting g spam emails though promoting their products.

But sadly no response to my email.

I certainly will not order again.

Quick delivery, no fuss. Very sturdy bath and loads of room.
Chiller unit was a bit tricky to put together, instructions are a bit vague and way too many spare bits! Still I persevered and figured it out!

The Zero 2 Pulley Machine is a great bit of kit. 60kg each side rather than the 50kg stated, very smooth action and quality components. Was a bit concerned by the weight and being able to get it to where I needed to, however after a quick and helpful response by Customer Support it is possible to fairly easily remove the weights and support poles to make positioning a lot easier.

Love my P90 pull up bar, quick delivery, easy set up and works a treat.
