Ordered a dip station attachment, but arrived with missing parts. And the pdf assemble instructions for the 2.0 adjustable bench only has the cover page. Have tried contacting multiple times through email and phone to arrange refunds/replacement but only got radio silence. Very disappointing.

The equipment was great quality, very aesthetic and reasonably priced.
On opening the order, We did have a part missing ( I think this was the couriers fault and not bulldog itself considering we had 2 pallets of stock)
After reading reviews on here regarding customer service and no answer from the phone line, I was initially very concerned. However, I had a reply to my email from their customer service within less than 3 hours, the problem was rectified and the part was dispatched and received the next day!!! We couldn't have asked for more. Very happy and will defo purchase again!!

I bought a 20kg Weighted Vest from Bulldog Gear and it is absolutely SUPERB! I’d always wanted a weighted vest but had never bit the bullet. I shopped around and did some research and I found the videos on the Bulldog Gear website to be really helpful pre-purchase. I went for the 20kg due to the flexibility of the weights. There are numerous 1kg bar, bullions that are easy to add and subtract to get up to your chosen weight. So far, I’ve done six weighted vest speed walks, varying from 3 miles to 6 miles. I started with 16kg and am now ploughing around with the full 20kg. The vest is extremely comfortable and easy to secure, ensuring the weight is evenly distributed and does not cause any unwanted stress on the body. The vest has been an awesome addition to my training as I truck in with fat loss and sculpting, generally trying to lose timber. It’s a fantastic workout and you can feel the benefits throughout, as well as giving you a nice pump through your upper torso, arms and legs. The vest is easy to get on and off, and it’s going to be a staple for my training from here on in. I’m looking forward to dropping the weight and going for a short to mid distance run in it too in the not too distant future. I’ve always had good experiences with bulldog gear in the past but I’ve never had an issue before. I ordered a kettlebell two weeks ago and when I emailed after 10 days as it still wasn’t with the courier I received a generic response that hadn’t looked into the query which said it might be because it could come in two packages. It’s a single kettlebell. When I’ve queried this and chased twice more I’ve had no response, have no kettlebell and am £80 down. Avoid

I ordered some equipment from the company. The order was billed immediately but was never shipped.

The customer service dept is on an expensive phone line and email responses are sporadic and totally unsatisfactory. They are basically impossible to contact to have a complaint resolved.

After getting a phone number through the card company the phone line was not manned.

I would urge anyone to AVOID this company. Sadly, with Trustpilot the minimum is 1 star. That is unwarranted.

Purchased a snap home gym rack. It is extremely unstable to the pint it tips over if you try to use the dip attachment.
I emailed my concerns and they replied requesting a video, since then radio silence. I have sent numerous emails, been on hold to them for over 1 hour each time I call and never get through. Absolutely shocking customer service and I would most definitely not recommend them due to their poor/non existent customer service.

You literally cannot get hold of them via phone and they do not follow up emails so you are left with a piece of equipment that you have paid a lot money for and is completely useless

I follow Matt Morsia on instagram which made me suggest they were a reputable brand but I feel completely ripped off.

Ordered a cold plunge from them in May, delivered all ok and worked well for a few months.
After that the pump has died, emailed them for a replacement under warranty. It took a week for a response asking for a video of a broken pump? 😂

Since providing a video of a pump that does nothing I have not had a response in another week and a bit, despite a chasing email.

I ordered the zero 3 cable machine. I have had some quality control issues. I contacted bulldog gear over a month ago and received an automated email back saying that someone would respond. Since then absolutely nothing. I have sent 4 chasing emails and have received no response. I searched online for a contact number and called the one I could find only to listen to a recording stating how busy they are and how they cannot offer their ‘usual’ level of customer service. I’m gutted, disappointed and actually don’t know what to do next

I had bought myself one of their tactical bags and sadly after a few weeks one of their zips had broken. As you can imagine I was very upset about this because before that happened, I genuinely loved the bag, the quality was great, the materials used made it feel very rugged and it’s perfectly suited for all your gym needs.
So I reached out to Bulldog Gear and they replied very quickly, apologising for the laps in quality that they pride themselves on and sent a replacement immediately. I can honestly say that this company really does care for its customers and really goes the extra mile. I will most definitely be using them again in the future and I implore you all to do so too.
