really like this VPN - able to view a channel in Sweden that was not easy to view - We tried 2 others before signing up to this one. The other two did not work - this one did. They even gave us a 24 hour free trial.

Had an issue with logging into my vpn account to turn it on. Kept telling me my connection was bad, but I was clearly connected to the internet. Chat support guided me toward uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again, then it worked perfectly fine. It was a quick and easy fix with great support. Thanks.

worst speeds ever, barely 1 mbit overseas and maybe 10 on their us 4k servers.
and additional their smartdns doesnt work on google tv, support then says he is afraid that they do not support google tv while that tab is given in account setup guide google tv. stay away in any case from these lowbobs.

Very simple Very Good VPN, and Support, excellent. I tried or attempted three other VPN providers, none could get my Router to work because they didn't support it. But BulletVpn did and Bullet support helped me get it working in short order. The website at Bullet is simple and straight forward, and works. Just take time to familiar yourself with it. Now I am new with VPN and Bullet, so later after a few months will report back. I suggest you give them a try. Just remember depends where you are and time difference for support , for Chat and Emails. I am 9 hours ahead of their te so I have to wait till 6pm to chat or get email support or questions. The PC version does not connect as reliably or quickly as the Android version.

Fantastic vpn had a minor problem that was resolved pretty quick. Can't fault the service some servers even support 4k streaming. Could do with a few extra servers in some locations but I'm positive that will come in time. Australia and America have a good quantity of servers. A++

Bullet VPN has performed satisfactorily over the last 2 years of usage. I am very satisfied with the timely service and customer service. However I do not find the Windows app very intuitive and sometimes it behaves in a quirky manner saying that there is no internet connection and cannot connect to a server even when I had a perfectly fine network connection. I also find the lack of browser-based VPN clients to be a major drawback.

Awesome, and fast

I use FireTV cube with BBCiplayer from UK. Their vpn servers lon10 and lon11 are slow, I get 2-3 sec freeze every 3-5 mins. I have 400MB down and 20MB up cable modem with Spectrum internet. I noticed slow UK servers since end of 2019 but nothing as been done for greater bandwidth. Their SmartDNS never worked for BBCiplayer, I opened numerous case, they just ignore and suggest to use just their vpn. No support for any SmartDNS issues, and support doesn’t understand SmartDNS since they just ignore issues and suggest to use vpn server.

So far, so good.. no complaints at all

I will give 4 stars, for the speed, but the application has bugs in windows10 we try to connect to a server and the error says that the server does not respond, vpn does not work minimized, which is another negative point, there are few servers compared to other vpns in the market and does not have a native function that is protection against leaks, from WebRTC I really hope they improve The, vpn!it does not warn you if you are disconnected, when we go, check, we are exposed, it needs improvements to better protect users. update my review Bullet vpn fixed all the problems I honestly reported in the 1st review , and now the application is fine but revamped , and now it has wireguard protocol finally implemented for windows . has a great privacy policy now deserves 5 stars !!

Works as it should, had a problem with it not connecting contacted support and sorted with minutes and working again.
For the price and service for a vpn that supports real debrid you can't go wrong.
