Contacted early to change delivery dates, received response but no follow up or actual service to advise if possible. Flowers arrived, paid extra for "indulgence"....boy what a disappointment!! Absolutely would not recommend and absolutely would not use again

A Terrible experience. Relations overseas ordered flowers for a special occasion to be delivered today . They didn’t turn up . I contacted customer support and they said delivery was in another 3 days . This is even though we have confirmation they were being delivered today . They didn’t want to refund but just give a credit for the next order . THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. So beware of this company as they are not professional and do not deliver as promised.

0/5 Horrible experience! Wish I had seen the other negative reviews. Ordered flowers for a baby shower that never got delivered, then when asking for a refund was told they had to deliver the flowers in order for that request to be done. So so so disappointing!!!

Paid $150 for what should of been a beautiful bunch of flowers for my mums Birthday- what I got was limp/ dead roses and nothing that looked like the image and could of got better at the supermarket. VERY DISAPPOINTING SO SAVE YOURSELF SOME CASH

Buyers beware. Dodgy company!, I cancelled my order as the flowers were unavailable and they couldnt deliver on the day! They refuse to refund me. I have nothing and no further communication from this company.

I paid for a same-day delivery service and the order was not delivered on the agreed day.
After being advised it would be delivered the next day, the order that was eventually delivered was not what you originally ordered.
I was led to believe the issue would be remedied with additional items, however, the gesture provided did not reasonably compensate for the inconvenience.
A 30% partial refund was agreed to, however, received well below that amount paid.
I cannot believe that companies feel that they can treat customers this way.

Will never use this company again.

Worst experience. Do not buy from Bunches and Stems — they are the same people behind Bloomex, who have even been featured on A Current Affair for their behaviour.

I genuinely thought I was ordering flowers from a local Melbourne florist. That’s what I searched for online. Only after paying did I realise the business was actually based in NSW. When I looked at the reviews afterwards, I was shocked — they are overwhelmingly negative, and now I understand why.

The flowers delivered looked like a $20 supermarket bunch, nothing like the photo of the $110 arrangement I paid for. They were meant for a close friend whose mother had just passed away, and it was honestly embarrassing.

I’ve sent complaint emails and received nothing but a generic, dismissive response. They clearly do not care.

Please be very careful when ordering flowers online. This feels like a scam, and I wish I could give them zero stars.

Paid $24.95 for same day delivery and order wasn't delivered. Phoned to follow up and they said I hadn't requested same day delivery - my email confirmation clearly stated same day delivery and that was what the extra charge was for. The order when it finally turned up looked nothing like the picture on the website. Will not use this company again.
Also, when I phoned to follow up they agreed to refund the same day delivery fee of $24.95, a week later they have not done so.

Totally Hopeless. Paid and booked for same day delivery only to be told they can't do this as it is outside same day delivery area. Umm someone orders flowers for a set date usually. Wedding anniversary which has left a bad taste in both mine and my wife's mouth and they don't give a rats.

Got told this outside the 1Hour free cancellation timeframe. Then it was sent on Friday and not delivered until Tuesday (Courier delivered it to another address) Not their fault but only offered $20 firstly and then $40 credit. Still pathetic offer.

I have requested a refund as they were so weltered and a Aldi bunch sh!t all over what was delivered. I have followed this up everyday since they weren't delivered and every day after. It is now Friday and I have had to follow/call them - nothing back from them at all. 24-48 hour response my ass per their website.

It’s now 5 days since my order. Was contacted by another company saying my order was outside their delivery area in Canberra. I asked what’s going on? Oh don’t worry it’s a mistake. Still waiting and judging by other reviews if they do deliver I’m concerned re quality at over $100.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for a dear friend of mine who's not long ago had her two boys pass away,this company virtually advertised they were florists in wadonga Victoria,they're in New South Wales!!! they were also for my dear friends birthday...they were supposed to be delivered on the 14th of September and on the 17th of September I received an email saying they would be delivering the flowers on the 17th ten minutes before I was going to call them to ask them where were the flowers??? they apologized and said they couldn't deliver them as they weren't in Wodonga,they also said for the muck around they would be sending a box of chocolates and something nice leading me to believe an upgrade on the flowers,, I'm only on a disability pension and I paid good money for these flowers and delivery!! I'm just disgusted, how do businesses get away with things like this? I should have known as they didn't have PayPal,,I always pay by PayPal as if it's a bad transaction you get your money back with PayPal,that should have been the red flag from the start.. I would not recommend this filthy business to anyone,don't waste your money,,,i would have got a better deal at coles or Woolworths and got a better bunch of flowers than what they sent,,,I'm horrified,I'm embarrassed but most of all I'm sad because my dear friend was so excited that somebody was going to buy her a bunch of flowers,,in all the time that she lost her 2 sons passed and it was her birthday it was the first time anyone was buying her flowers and this company knew this,they had no empathy or accountability,,it's just a money making factory not a florist!!! the chocolates that were supposed to be sent turned out to be a 2 dollar packet of Cheese crackers and an empty Vegemite Jar to put the flowers in,,, I'm going call the ACCC about these people,,,please don't buy from this company it's a scam!!! I paid an extra $24.95 for same-day delivery and then was messaged late in the day the delivery would be 5 days later. When I rang for a refund I was advised that no refund was available. The excuse I was given was that they could not contact the recipient, which was not true! I would not recommend this service!

Would give zero stars if I could.

Terrible product and even worse customer service.

We paid $120 for a premium red and dark pink retirement bouquet. Instead, they delivered a cheap-looking arrangement of white, yellow and pale pink flowers that bore no resemblance to what we ordered. The card was also missing, so the gift arrived anonymously and the surprise was ruined.

Despite admitting the bouquet “differed significantly” from the product selected, they refused a full refund and offered only partial refunds or store credit. We had to submit a chargeback through our bank, which was successful.

Save yourself the disappointment and order elsewhere.

If I could I would give 0 stars!!!! Absolutely terrible experience. I paid for same-day birthday flower delivery and over a WEEK later, the flowers still have not arrived.

I was repeatedly promised delivery dates that never happened, given no proper answers and even had customer service hang up on me TWICE while I was trying to find out where my order was.

Completely unacceptable service. Save yourself the stress and money and AVOID Bunches and Stems.

Our experience with Bunches and Stems was extremely disappointing. Our order was delivered late, the arrangement was substituted, and the glass vase arrived broken. The broken glass also caused an injury.

We contacted the company multiple times and asked for a full refund, but they refused. Instead, we were offered store credit, a refund for just the vase, or a $50 goodwill refund, even though there were several issues with the order.

In the end, we raised a transaction dispute with Commonwealth Bank and provided our evidence, including photos and our email correspondence with the company. The bank investigated the matter and refunded the full $217.96.

If anyone has a similar experience and the company will not resolve it, keep all your photos, emails, order confirmations and delivery evidence, then contact your bank or card provider and ask whether you can lodge a transaction dispute/chargeback. Explain exactly what happened and provide as much evidence as possible.

It is disappointing that we had to involve our bank to get our money back after giving the business multiple opportunities to resolve the issue directly

Ordered flowers for delivery on Saturday for a friend’s birthday, received an email on the Saturday stating that flowers would be delivered on the following Tuesday instead! Rang for a refund and this was refused. Store credit offered but as the company is so unreliable it will not be used. Use a different company!

Worst service ever never use this company say they have delivered something that has not been delivered and will not give you a refund

Absolutely digusting company. Didnt delivery the order on time and then left out over half of the order and want to offer me a 20% refund on an over $100 order. I encourage everyone to lodge a complaint with the ACCC And Dept of Fair Trading if you have dealt with similar

UPDATE: I pushed back hard via email as they tried negotiating with rubbish counter offers to get me to spend more of my money with them, like that was EVER going to happen. I copied their email and responded point by point in red with lashings of sarcasm. I even at one point when they said they "would deliver at a convenient date" that unless they have a time machine, the date was the original order date etc. I did get refunded the full amount, eventually. I also reported them to the ACCC, prior to them refunding my money.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 26th August 26. I was not alerted to the fact that the address was "outside their delivery area" until the day of the delivery.

Its been 10 days since I ordered and still no flowers. Today, after my fourth request for a refund they again sent me this AI generated email "Dear N, Thank you for choosing us for your order. The delivery address provided falls outside our local delivery zones, we deliver there overnight with the couriers from Tuesday to Friday. We will send your order for delivery on Tuesday, we'll prioritize it and include a gourmet item as a complimentary upgrade with your delivery. Additionally, the florist informed us that they are out of stock for the exact bouquet as shown on the website and would substitute with a mixed bouquet in order not to miss the special occasion. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you have questions, use our Live Chat or reply to this email. Kind regards, Customer Service Team". I have repeatedly told them i no longer need the flowers as I was forced to purchase replacements at a later date and that their failure to uphold their end of the transaction caused me to spoil the surprise.

I used the shop app to complete the transaction and their website, shopify will not allow me to lodge a complaint until 30 days have past since I ordered and when I spoke to their online assistant they told me they weren't interested in hearing about dodgy businesses using their app to scam people.
