Only have positive things to say about our experience.
Bus was clean, the driver always on time, and very courteous and professional. Would use them again.

In all candor, booking to a website that was very reasonably priced, but not having any Montreal business contacts who were familiar with this company was initially unsettling. The prompt responses, the "tolerating" my asks for pictures of equipment and other asks which increased my trust. Communications with the team was excellent, prompt, and ended up exceeding my expectations.

In August I was very excited to be going to Boots and hearts music festival for the first time. By doing the right thing and being responsible I thought bus.com would be a reputable company to get me to and from my hotel at a very high cost. The first night we took the “bus” home the bus was not able to transport because it got stuck in the mud. The second night as per the schedule of buses that I had ahead of time when we were ready to leave at the scheduled time there were no buses available. Not only will I never use this company again I most definitely do not recommend family or friends to waste their money on this as my experience was less then helpful.

Easy and efficient communication from beginning to end. Everything went as planned and everyone was very courteous. We will use their services again!

The quality of the bus

Our driver was on time to pick us up and got us to our destination safely.

The ordering and payment process on bus.com was easy and seamless. For our event, we had to change our transportation timeline, and emailing bus.com was simple to do. Very responsive team. On the day of our event, the 2 school buses were late. My on-site coordinator with the transportation team noted that the bus owners had good communication the day of, but they thought the pickup was 5:15 PM, not 4:45 PM. We ended up not needing a second bus, and the first bus was upgraded to a coach bus. The driver we had was great, courteous, respectful, and skilled. My on-site coordinator was happy with their service.

On time, very professional and accommodating.

There was a little confusion in the beginning thinking there was only one bus but another one came and was almost empty coming to the event. It all worked out and they were very pleasant

For our event this year, we decided to use Bus.com as our Chartered Bus transportation partner. I must say that the experience, communication, service, and follow up with Terry, James, and Shaz were all excellent. We look forward to working with you for future events.

On time and clean bus and professional driver

We were being picked up in a very tough area for a bus to come into downtown, although the bus driver was late it was nothing he could handle and I appreciated the customer service rep keeping me informed with the ETA. The bus driver on the way back was early but allowed us to come out when we were ready. Very friendly bus drivers overall and would book again
