Excellent service. Facile à faire une réservation sur le site de bus.com, plusieurs sortes de véhicule sont disponibles pour répondre à nos besoins. C'est la deuxième fois que j'utilisais ce service pour notre entreprise et je n'ai jamais été déçue.

The drivers were amazing and cooperated with us during the event. 10/10 for Bell Horizon: would recommend.

I found this to be an extremely easy process with great service. I would 100% recommend and I would also 100% use this service again.

It was fast and easy to get a quote on the website, it was easy to book and pay. I appreciated the confirmation call along with the email updates as the event date got closer.

Update: This review relates to the customer service aspects of bus.com only and not a bus/driver experience rating.

August 8th, 2023 I purchased a Day Pass for an August 11th event in Ontario, Canada totaling $123.44 CAD (an amount clearly printed on page 1 of my receipt). The problem was the actual digital Day Pass from bus.com had a start date for August 20th; a date that fell well after the actual event itself (ended).

Naturally, recognizing this error I contacted and asked bus.com to refund me for the Day Pass that was clearly an erroneous print. Which they admitted fault to. However, bus.com said before they could refund me I must first buy a duplicate Day Pass (issued with a correct date) to replace the errant Day Pass I received (having the errant Aug. 20th date). Tangentially, this position is atypical given the error fell on bus.com's end and I had every right to a full refund before repurchasing a Day Pass, but I agreed and purchased the replacement Day Pass and then asked for my refund of the errant Aug. 20th Day Pass.

Some days later on August 14th bus.com submitted me a partial refund--well short of the purchase price and claimed that the refunded amount was in USD and not CAD. To wit. You would think a company has the actual ability to confirm if a refund was distributed in CAD or US funds, but apparently not bus.com--bus.com was unable to verify which currency the refund was made in. :Robert Downey Jr. Eye Roll:

For added granularity: On August 14th, I spoke to my credit card company and confirmed the bus.com refund was made in Canadian funds (CAD) and not USD, despite bus.com claiming it was in USD, and thus to expedite things I instructed bus.com to contact my credit card company and referred them to the actual credit card website (Merchant Verification Services) so they could confirm the same for bus.com's complete confidence in the facts of this case.

Well, bus.com refused to contact Merchant Verification Services at my credit card company; withholding such an effort to try and assist me with settling this.

What followed were hours-and-hours of tractionless effort (phone and email) to get my full refund and to this day I still have not received my money back in full for the errant Day Pass, id.

The above said: Dealing with bus.com customer service was considerably unpleasant--this problem should have solved itself in a matter of minutes and now I am nearly a month out without resolution.

I emailed bus.com a copy of my credit card statement which showed the subject refund was made in CAD (as I said all along) and asked them to consider apologizing to me for wasting my time so extensively. Welp, after a full business day at least, bus.com failed to reply to me. Much less issue a refund.

Gonna dispute the charge with my credit card company and force bus.com into action in 3-2-1.

This is my first and last customer-service experience with bus.com.

Our bus driver so very knowledgeable and kind. He addressed our youth ahead of time to ensure they felt safe. He knew the area very well and pointed out some sites. He also offered to make bathroom breaks

Great communication, felt taken care of and the bus driver was excellent. Bus was exactly as expected, clean and in good repair. It arrived on time and got us where we were going safely and in comfort.

Yes we really had a good service , good compagny , always in communications avec us all the time

Tout était OK pour les 5 autocars loués,
Les 2 autobus scolaires se sont présentés au mauvais endroit et en retard. J'ai expliqué la situation le lendemain du déplacement (28-07-23) et je n'ai toujours pas d'explications.
Le chauffeur d'autobus scolaire n'a pas voulu diminuer le volume de la musique au retour après 2 demandes.

Website is very user friendly. It was easy to meet with the driver and get the tour started. Our driver was fantastic and very professional. I would recommend him any time!

A very helpful Customer Care rep helped me find a bus with short notice. The team communicated with me regularly to ensure that all the steps were taken. The driver arrived on time and was very courteous.
