Brilliant service with experienced and very knowledgeable assessors, with additional support when needed.

Throughout this course I received excellent support and encouragement from Ken, my tutor, exemplified by his patience and understanding during my recent mental illness.
At no point did I feel pressured or like I couldn't continue as Ken made sure to give me time and help find ways that I could keep moving forward even when I couldn't see the way myself.
Thanks Ken, I couldn't have done it without you!

I enjoyed the training because the trainer has been very friendly and made the subject matter easy to understand with lots of examples. Additionally, the online platform was quite user-friendly.
