I received a txt message about 6-40am


I received a txt message about 6-40am the morning of delivery saying my two beams would be delivered about 7-40am that morning.I rang the mobile number from the txt message explaining the soonest I could get there was 8am.When I arrived at 8am both beams were left on the driveway next to the skip and a scrap man was in the process of helping himself to them.
Not good delivery service and not enough notice for me to get to the address to meet the driver for delivery.
If these beams had been stolen who would have been responsible to replace them.??
One hour notice to take a delivery in my opinion is not enough time.

Well that the first negative review for steels being delivered too early! Usually people want them as early as possible so they can get them in place asap.

If you order again, please put a note in the instructions box in the checkout so that were are aware of your delivery requirments.

Great Experience

Very easy to use website, loved that I could upload drawings and calcs. This gave the manufacturers a chance to call and discuss my need and confirm every thing with me. Fantastic.

Very good quick service, arrived on the date stated and had a call from the driver a couple of hours before the delivery to give us chance to get ready,

Good app but poor customer service

Whilst the ordering of the Beam was straightforward enough,The delivery was a day late and when queried by my husband, he found the gentleman on the phone to be abrupt and condescending. When they still had not arrived the following day, I called and spoke to same gentleman and I also found him to be dismissive. He should be there
 well he’s not, he left at 730am, he should be there
 well he’s not.
In the end the gentleman who delivered the beams were polite and helpful but the guy on the phone would put us off using your service again.

Easy process to buy online

Easy process to buy online. Very helpful staff as I realised I’d made a mistake on the delivery address, sorted for me and friendly delivery driver that turned up exactly as promised
